Got a maple oat latte and it was so so good! She made it perfectly and both who were working were very kind!

This location has dependable tables and wifi, but the owners are not that friendly compared to a Starbucks. They seem obsessed with people using the washroom. There are signs all over the place and are constantly telling people that the washroom is for "paying customers". Some people use the restroom before ordering and they will be all over them about needing to buy something. I have also seen them lie to people that the washroom is down for repairs, but it wasn't as I had just used the restroom.It might cost them 2 cents for someone to flush the toilet. I even see the owner yell at his employees to speak up about "paying customers" can only use the washroom. Come on, be friendly with people. As a paying customer, I don't like seeing people interrogated for using the restroom. Be kind.
The staff are disgusting they don’t clean after their selves and they barely even wear gloves The food and the drinks are too high price for microwave food and syrup and water The food is more disgusting because they will just have it out for days and just warm it up and give it to you might as well just go to Tim Hortons
Today I order a small black coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I was charged $8.25 !! The sandwich was horrible ..looked like it was put in microwave for 3 minutes..all slimey and disgusting! 100% garbage quality here. And they charge way too much! Stay away...no wonder empty at lunch time

Their coffee and pastry taste bad, looks old, small of burned plastic was so strong, environment was dark and unorganized. I didn’t get the vibe.

Always a good place to have hot or cold beverage, and a bite to eat whether savoury or sweet!I like the service and the cleanliness.
Went to this location and ordered Hot chocolate. I was seating working on my laptop and the owner came and he was talking to his employees that he doesn’t like when somebody sits with just one item. He kept stocking me and kept mentioning to his employees that this is not acceptable. I bought something at your cafe, I am working on my laptop alone quietly and still ypu show this negative attitude. Is this how you treat your customers?Ridiculous experience. I would not visit this cafe again.
Had a emergency today and had to use their washroom. Didn't have my wallet but like I said it was a emergency. When I was leaving the manager and his wife screamed at me and demanded I order a coffee. It was frightening and embarrassing. when I left the store the manager used foul language and gave me the middle finger. I'm planning on writing a letter to second cup so this type of behavior doesn't happen to someone. And please don't offer an apology and your email address. Not interested
