The texture for teriyaki chicken was absolutely fantastic, but the teriyaki sauce wasa bit flat and lacked flavour, over all 4.5 stars for me

I've been coming here for years!! This is a great sushi restaurant. It is family run and they have been so amazing to me and my family. They are honest and kind. The sushi is yummy and they are busy at lunch because of the neighboring high schools.

Used to frequent this spot a ton as a high schooler! I loved it, the owners are a very friendly Japanese couple. I would definitely be back there often if I still lived in town.

An absolute gem of Pickering, the staff are so accommodating and welcoming, easy take out options and great prices.I'd recommend calling ahead during school hours with the local high school near by it can get busy.Chicken Teriyaki with extra chicken is the best dish on the menu. make it like a risotto!

Did take out was very disappointing I paid 50 bucks and was not worth it salmon teriyaki was way over cooked and sushi was sour would not go back. One positive was the speed of the service, everything was ready within 15-20 mins but the quality seems to have suffered. Was not worth the $50

Worst experience ever. Went here for lunch today. Thought I would try the all you can eat… Even though the menu was very limited there was a few things I liked to choose from. When we arrived the place was full but I was ok with that because even the place is small, there was space between the rows of booths. 15 minutes after we started eating the place starting filling up with students ordering food . That’s great for their business but not good for the people without masks eating. After there was about 25 or more school aged children lined up with more piling into this small restaurant. I got up and went to the front to ask if they could ask some people to wait outside as I wasn’t comfortable eating with so many people crowed around me….. The owner ran towards the front entrance. I thought he was going to the entrance to ask the rest of the crowd to wait outside for a minute but he stopped in front of my table and started yelling at my friend” do you want to pay”?Thats him in the blue mask. There was no compromising with this guy….. Other people who were eating had to put there masks back on. I tried explain we were still under restrictions. I get tested every two days at work and if I test positive I can’t work like everyone else.I said we never said I didn’t want to pay, I just wanted to eat my dinner without a crowd standing next to my table. By now the place is packed. He kept yelling “do you want to pay? I tell everyone here now that you not pay. We paid and left…

Excellent quality AYCE for the price point. I don't think many places match the quality to dollar ratio. Great service as well! The only negative thing I can really say about this place is the proximity to a nearby highschool means there is a huge lunch rush - but it's not their fault after all. Will gladly revisit.

I've been coming here for years. Top notch quality sushi and great customer service. They really know how to run a business properly.

Tried the ayce sushi, not a huge amount of variety but good enough options for the price.Food quality wasn't bad but I have to give it 1 star for the fact that I got food poisoning 6 hours later with flu like symptoms. Can't speak for the other items on the menu but I won't be having sushi from this place again.

Top notch service and a great variety of sushi options. The red dragon roll was my fave of the ones I've had. The beef and chicken teriyaki options are also great. Highly recommend. The AYCE dinner special was also 25 dollars which is one of the lowest I've seen.
