Previously had good experiences however this time they have really messed up my order.Ordered chaat papri and what I got was all papri and no cholay (chick peas) or the red sweet sauce that’s usually there. Incomplete serving basically …Utterly disappointed
Best place for indian quick bite.. had Raj kachori, Chole bhature, parathas and kathi roll .. everything was delicious ?..the only negative point is the food is bit oily .. and trash bin next to the food counter was overflowing but no one took care after reporting multiple times..
No masks being used by any of the staff in the kitchen. Inspite of requesting twice, the cook refused to wear the mask. Covid is not gone.I had ordered a takeout 45 minutes ahead of arrival but my order was not ready and was asked to wait for another 20 minutes. These people don’t seem to value customer’s time and don’t care about hygiene in today’s world. They were not sorry at all and made me feel that they didn’t care about my business.
It is a really bad experience i got from this location. I ordered first time from this location. If i could give them 0 star, i will definitely do it. I ordered noodle burger with other items too on skip the dishes, and mentioned specially that, “no onions please- allergy”, but they didn’t check the instructions provided. If the order is on skip, then, the restaurant get the order before hand, and get some time to make it. When i received the order, the noodle burger was loaded with onions. And when i call at store, firstly they denied that they didn’t add onions to it. But then they said, it was the onions in the noodles. I am wondering, is it not the responsibility of the restaurant staff, to check all the instructions before making food. Or if they can deliver the same things, what the customer asked for, then is it not the responsibility of restaurant staff to call the customer, so that at least the customer can modify or change the order.When i called them, 2-3 people talked to me, but no body was actually listening what i was trying to say. They did offer me free burger. But it is always not about the free food. It is a customer service, how you serve the customer and how you talk to the customer.I can say i am totally disappointed with the service. I can provide the pictures of the burger if anyone want look into this matter. I looking forward to talk to the manager of the restaurant.
Good place to get nice dosa or north Indian dishes like pav bhaji, better let them know the spice level as thier food are spicy. They little bit confuse and miss items during order , so better confirm twice of your orders. Love the falooda and types of beeda or paan you won't get elsewhere. The size and contents of paan is the best.Their masala pav also very good. A little cleanliness would be nice .if you get Calcutta paan it's always made and kept not freshly made like other royal paan shop at markham, Keep up the good work.
I had no idea what I was buying tbh. Got the noodle burger thinking it was a regular burger with noodles( I am definitely a meat eater).... It was vegetarian? and one of the best messy burgers I have ever eaten. A+ will be going back for sure
Their pan is amazing . I had visit other locations as well but this is their best location so far .
They should be reported. Parents beware if you have kids with allergies! My first time at Royal Paan (before COVID), I ordered the mango shake and it came with nuts sprinkled on top. Initially I did not read the menu and did not inform them of my son’s allergies. I politely took the untouched mango shake back, apologized for my mistake and asked for one without nuts as my son is severely allergic. The cashier very politely said it was no problem and said he would make another. When he returned to my table with the so called “new” cup, I noticed there were no nuts sprinkled on top BUT instead mixed into the drink! I was alarmed! If my son had drank that unknowingly, I don’t know what would have happened! Please beware and do not trust the service here! Very shameful!
The posted hours for opening are till midnight but they closes kitchen by 11:30PM for anything made hot. This should have been posted or hour of operation should have been posted for hot food. Wasted my time and I came from Ajax.Review for food: It is good and spicy as you find in India :)
Visited the location last week. Food was fantastic, quick service with great customer service by Akshay. Love to visit you again
