I ordered a Caesar salad from them. After I ate half I found lots of mold. It was so nasty I immediately vomited. I tried calling for a refund 3 times and all e times they hung up on me. Some customer service from a large company
Scams people. The combo for $4.99 will cost way more when you pay ($8.01). The screen is super dim so they hope you don’t notice. No receipts given either. This place needs to be investigated by corporate. I see other reviews saying the same thing. Stay away from this location.
I went to this location at 1:30am to place an order, clearly when I walked in they weren't very happy that I was placing an order since they had already cleaned up the store ready for closing. They simply answered they don't have any of the toppings I requested. It was a bit frustrating, I had to walk away with a veggie pizza and a cheese pizza since they 'didn't' have it. I understand placing an order 30 mins before closing is a pain but why advertise you are open till 2 am if that's the case. Not the best customer service at all. Just hoping the pizza will taste average since they will be rushing things.
Was there(for the last time) Sunday April 24th. Ordered fries,was told 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still no fries. Asked was told 5minutes. I then watched them drop my fries. Asked if thise were mine she said 2minutes. 27minutes later I walked out. STILL NO FRIES.. I did notice that they pay no attention whatsoever to people waiting. Every person I saw waiting had to keep asking when food be ready. More interested in taking your $ and then your on your own
Today I came in for the combo slice and pop with a dip. The lady charge me 4.99 then after I go wash my hands and come back she say that I need to pay a dollar more but the sign says 4.99 for the deal. I argued the price up on the board above the cash.Then also when I went to the truck the pizza was cold so they didn't even heat it up that much at all ! Being cheap. Although the ovens are on all day anyway so what gives ?? I wanted something warm as I work outside. TERRIBLE PLACE.GO TO METRO INSTEAD better food anyway as they serve hot pizza as wellI go to the bathroom to wash my hands the hot water is turned off. So there's only cold water to wash your hands while it's still freezing out side. Stop being cheap !

Jalapeno poppers had mold on it, did not add extra cheese to order even though we paid for it. Did pickup so we couldn't tell until we got all the way home. Poor quality, wont eat here again, the dominos nearby never disappointed like this. Going there from now on for pizza.
I’ve been attending this Pizza Pizza location for about 20 years now. It hasn’t been good nor has it been bad. It’s been consistent.Today I used the 50% off to order these two pizzas.Thin crust with pesto sauce, cheese, tomato, sun dried tomato, spinach. Surprisingly it was really good and didn’t taste like cardboard like other pizzas from pizza pizza.The second is thin crust with cheese, jalapeños, red onion, bacon, Chili flakes. This was the best of the two.3/5 rating. It’s better than other Pizza Pizzas and taste better than the cardboard box it came in.
