The foods come out fast. Taste wonderful, warm dishes keep soup and rice hot for a long time. Nice and friendly services. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends. Also very clean!
Coming from the West Coast it took us a couple years to find this place and it is hands down one of the best Vietnamese restaurants around. We have trying at least 20 some different Vietnamese restaurants and this is our go to. We live in Oshawa and drive to Pickering just for Pho Saigon. The owner and staff are awesome, super friendly and aiming to please. The food is amazing and portions are more than enough. Definitely a must try and you won't be disappointed.
If you're looking for this type of food the best place to go is not here. Check out my photo for a much better place I discovered much better flavour and price.Not the best if you're trying to impress anyone. Their store hours are not consistent in what they advertise and what they really have planned so if you look on the Internet and they say they're open don't drive there make sure phone, except they don't always answer the phone. If you complain about the hours they'll tell you just not to go there anymore. I think their business is bad and they're very stressed. I have eaten at that restaurant many times in the last 8 years the last few times I went with other people and it was advertised open and it was closed. If you complain about anything they go from really nice people to horrible people and they We'll tell you don't come back if you don't like it. They don't have to tell you that because I would never go back and I would never recommend anyone to go there. Read the other notes about inconsistent hours and you'll see how they run the business. If they can't keep something simple like their hours how Can they maintain other things You don't see.
Lovely food. We eat there from time to time and we never have been disappointed so far. Their coconut tom yum soup is just awesome! A must try
Had the chicken curry soup with noodles yesterday for the first time even though I go here often. It was amazing, just like everything else I've had. Clean, polite environment.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - I recently placed an order on SKIP THE DISHES and on the app specified I wanted soya sauce in the selection menu, as per a peanut allergy that I have. Instead I received satay sauce which contains peanuts. I attempted to contact the restaurant immediately but NEVER picks up the phone. I then went through Skip who said they would try to get in contact with them. The restaurant said they would contact me within the hour to clarify if this was an entry error or if in fact that satay sauce was used instead. 3 HOURS LATER AND NO RESPONSE. I could not visit the restaurant in person, as myself and family were down with Covid. I attempted to contact Skip again who has been informed by this restaurant that they did use satay sauce. THEY DID NOT FEEL THE NEED TO CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW AFTER STATING NUMEROUS TIMES THAT I AM LOOKING TO BE CONTACTED ASAP. Do yourself a favour and never order from here.
Great place for Viet eats! Pictured is the vermicelli with beef and a spring roll. Spring roll was delicious and so was the rest of the dish. Had the Vietnamese coffee and thought it was great! No complaints about this place - great customer service and food came out quickly.
Awful quality. They fry everything in the same vat as it all has that fish taste. Very greasy spring rolls. Everything tastee but not fresh.
An easy 5 star review. The food is great and the customer service is great. They are so personable, friendly and accomodating. My personal favs are the fresh rolls and veggie soup (mushroom broth and tofu) and the shrimp and pork spring rolls.If you're looking for a great place to eat in Durham, this is it. My husband & I and friends eat here nearly once a week and have 0 complaints.
This is my favourite place to get pho in Durham Region and definitely should be rated higher! I usually get an XL house special to go. The portioning is great, and can feed two people with left overs. I am also a fan of their broth which keeps me coming back here over other Vietnamese restaurants in the area.
