Great selection on the menu, everything we tried was delicious
I've been going to this restaurant for quite a few years and the service and food always been great. I would highly recommend this this particular restaurant for any occasions.

Seven members of our family went to Moxies Pickering on Sunday July 31st. We made the reservation on Thursday, July 28th for 7:30pm. We arrived at 7:20pm and were asked to wait while they set up the table for a reservation that was made three days previously. Our drink orders were taken and arrived in reasonable time. Our food orders were taken and three of the seven meals were brought to our table. There was no offer of water or pepper or anything else. The three with food politely waited for the other four family members to get their food. They waited and waited !! Thirteen minutes passed before the others got their meals. The three with meals proceeded to start eating while their food was hot . The other four family members sat and watched the three with food eat. Eventually the other four started eating. Shortly after the three who got their food in reasonable time we’re finished the roles we’re reversed and they sat and watched the other four eat. The waiter throughout did not offer any explanation or apologies for the unprofessional, inexcusable service . We asked to speak to the manager. After a lengthy wait someone who didn’t identify herself approached our table , offered no explanation or apologies but insincerely asked if everything was okay. She then proceeded to remove the meal dish of one of three who got their meal first and had finished it. The other two who got their meal first were in the process of finishing. The remaining four had just starting eating. The staff involved obviously do not understand the term “hospitality industry”.
Celebrated a birthday with friends and family!! The environment was relaxing, food was delicious and the service was top notch - would definitely return!
This experience would have been better if the climate control was better. The restaurant was too cold⦠by the end of our meal we were frozen. Tip to the wise take a sweater and wear long pants.

The washrooms were flooded and I had to visit the washrooms in the mall. My meal - lettuce wraps with chicken -- was too salty. I had to return it.
