Terrible service. Ordered Grand Big Mac. No greeting from first window. Complete lack of respect. Second window we’re in the middle of a story that must’ve been so good that they couldn’t distinguish a grand Big Mac from 10 McNuggets. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience from this location, but this one takes the cake. In dire need of new management. Workers have complete disregard for their job.
I came in at 4 o’clock this morning and had to wait because their system was rebooting for the day. a couple very immature people came in waiting for an order and began yelling and swearing at the staff and stealing cups from behind the counter even after they were explained about the system being down. Staff handled it properly and professionally. I know what it’s like to deal with Aholes. So I’m just writing this to say good job
A 24hours McDo as they call it , very clean, staff are quick, nice and know what they’re doing. As in every franchise restaurants, the foods are good especially if you ask to ‘warm’ up those muffins before they give it to you when you order one. All good!
If you want hepatitis with your Big Mac meal, take a trip to the washroom. You’ll find find no toilet paper in the stalls but don’t worry, there’s some bloody toilet paper on the floor.These pictures don’t even capture how DISGUSTING this restaurant was. One employee came out to “clean” and ended up spilling more pop on the floor then walked away. We were stepping over dirty napkins to get to the counter and to our table (when we actually found a table that was clean / not sticky).I’m stunned at the lack of “give a shit” that these employees, especially managers, were showing . They also had this poor man waiting over an hour in this unhygienic lobby while they tried to figure out how to correct a mistake they made that was costing the man $200.I’m honestly repulsed by the horror show that is this restaurant.
TheSlowestMcDonald'sEver.Staff don't care.You think being so close to the corporate head office they would have their game together but this is literally one of the worst McDonald's I've been to - globally. Our straightforward order messed up x2 - completely.... took over 20 minutes... Meanwhilepreference is given to delivery drivers who rudely bust in and out of the store.... and have arguments with the management.... Staff milling around yet every single table is dirty.... asked for them to clean a table... they begrudgingly half wiped one table... not a suitable table for my family... then cleared off again...McDonald's is really lost the plot if you're older than 20 years old you'll remember when food came quickly you spoke to a human and didn't have to interact with a filthy touchscreen.A value meal was $4.50 less than 10 years ago... Two kids Happy meal and one adult combo is literally comparable to sitting down a family run restaurant and given the absolute terrible service and preparation of food at this location I would have been much better off just going to regular restaurant this is no longer fast food or cheap food this is expensive, premium rubbish.
I dont usually rate fast food places, but I will take the time to give a shout out to a stellar employee that delivers. Naomi was pleasant from beginning to end. Service with a smile I could see even through her mask. She even took the time to bring my second order to the table, just because she was available to do so. Maybe she did it because she noticed I was busy trying to get my son to finish his food. Either way she went above and I appreciate it! Sometimes it's the small things...
Ordered to the car, took over 30 minutes of us waiting out there. And no, there was no line at the drive through, we just wanted to use the app and sit in the car and have the food come to us. If it's a service they offer, they should offer it promptly when they have no other customers in line.
One of the worst locations I’ve been to. Received wrong size snack size “oreo” McFlurry which was more of an ice cream in a McFlurry cup instead of a regular Oreo McFlurry. Not only was receiving the wrong size disappointing but it hardly had any Oreo in it a double disappointment and then was told I did order a regular when I went to correct them on the order. Really offended and let down as I know what I ordered and paid. Shame on them for not fixing their error and then blaming the customer. What horrible customer service etiquette.
This has got to be the most ridiculous McDonald's. After ordering at the drive through, and paying I've now been waiting in spot #2 for 18 minutes for two americanos. Even the poor girl who finally brought my coffees apologized, however I'm very doubtful it was her fault. Last time I come here.
It's not typical for me to stop at McDonald's on the regular. So today it's family day and everything else is closed, I had just finished a 2-hour upper back workout at GoodLife fitness down the street and I worked out until total depletion of energy. So I left there shaking and I looked around and lo and behold all I can see were golden arches LOL so I headed over there and I got three double cheeseburgers but I had to customize my burgers cuz I can't eat pickles and I don't like mustard. Unfortunately I never have any good luck with McDonald's and special orders. They always come with the pickles on and with a sticker that says just for you no pickles. Anyway I did Burger surgery and took the pickles off and I'm just as happy. McDonald's is always the same I find as long as you go to an actual stationery restaurant, stay away from the gas station McDonald's or the Walmart McDonald's and go to the actual restaurants and you'll be happy.
