I love MB chicken ! This review is for bad service and A good promo you couldn’t diliver !Kept calling since 9 pm no one picked up, drove to location from Scarborough , only to hear that they can’t take anymore orders beck they are too busy ..honestly I don’t care about the 2pcs promo , I just wanted to buy MB chickenDisappointed at the service !!
Love the food but they cater to the drive thru above the customer who walk in. The place needed a good clean if the tables.
Would be nice if they told you you’ll be waiting 30 minutes for your food before you pay. At least you can decide to wait or not. This is done routinely, very inconsiderate. Not impressed.
We picked up an order of sandwiches, wedges and coslaw for dinner and to our surprise when we got home they didn't put the coslaw. The sandwiches tasted good, wedges were also coated in a decent amount of coating. Don't know what they used to make them crispy and soft at the same time, delicious. Anyways we had to drive back to the location to get a refund on the order. Such an inconvenience. I recommend to check your order before drive away. That was our mistake.
I have been there many times, specially on Mondays when there is a deal on sandwich.Food quality always fresh and taste was delicious. Most importantly they do value the customer service, I had a wrong order once which they replaced it happily.
If you are bored with having the same old kfc or even popeyes, Mary browns is the place to go. They have changed the way how a regular fried chicken tastes!Definitely would recommend it.Also, refrain yourself from going to the pickering branch, as the employees there didn't provide a decent customer service (been working in a customer service industry for over 5 years now), didn't let us dine in and it was an hour from closing and we were a group of 5.
Went in at 7 pm today . The place was empty . Yet there was a 20 minute wait for fried chicken. One would think a fry chicken place wud have fried chicken ready to go.Anyways,we ordered a big Mary brown's original combo and a spicy big Mary sandwich. The spicy big mary had a chicken piece smaller than the bun (not that the bun is anything to shout about). How ironic for a sandwich with the name " big" in it !!When I showed it to the staff - she replied that the spicy big Mary has a smaller chicken fillet. Really ?? Like 40 percent smaller than the original?? Like nothing that resembles what you show in your menu??I had heard rave reviews abt Mary browns spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich isn't bad. But not worth another try. And definitely not this location .

Normally great, but service was slow, and they weren't busy. Just seemed like the didn't care. It happens sometimes. I'll have to stick with Ajax location. Service is always amazing there!!!
Ordered chicken tenders combo, absolutely delicious tenders, taters were scrumptious and the inside decoration is very unique and interesting. A must see.
