Very warm and welcoming staff. The 8 Oz burger was amazing, the chicken souvlaki equally as delicious. The poutine, despite not using curds, the fries and gravy were spot on. Definitely recommend.
Best burger I've had in a long time. The owner makes you feel like a guest in her home! Love it.
Even better then I remember! After at least 12 years of not eating at Kips (due to not being in the area) The food was delicious and the conversation was great! Super please and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!
Overpriced. Skimpy portionsOwner talks a lot but food.is what matters. Greek salad looked pathetic box was half full. fries smaller endFirst and last visit. Can't get souvlaki on a.pita just on a bun, reason? 2 sandwiches fries on a combo salad and a 8 oz burger combo $75 with tax for 3 people thats not typical. Fountain drinks are lterally kiddy size looks like baby formula bottle. Fountain drink cost is 5 to 10 cents.... Are medium cups too expensive. There's a theme here. Go elsewhere
I stopped in for lunch one day on a slow afternoon. Service was excellent. I tried one of their 8 oz cheeseburgers and fries. I have to say the burgers are excellent and the 8 oz is a big burger! The fries unfortunately are not great. Looking forward to going back to try their house made marinated souvlaki!
Just had a 6oz burger and frings. Really good. Fries and rings were perfect. With crispy bits which I like.Polite gentleman looked after me. This will be my burger splurge place moving forward.

First time here and will definitely return when in pickering. Had the 6oz burger with bacon and cheese, was very good, cooked just right (not overdone) and tasty. The buns are amazing and fresh! Toppings were fresh, crisp, and generous. Had the strawberry milkshake, which was very good and thick, and onion rings which were fairly standard. I ordered a 2nd burger for later, ate it cold when I got back to ottawa and it was still great. Lastly, the owner was very nice and the customer service was phenomenal. Thank you very much for the great food and warm welcoming environment.
Food blows away all the big burger places, McWho , Bkingwho, and some ponytailed girl who's name eludes me. Try Kips seriously you will not be disappointed.
