Highly recommend "Helmand Kabob Palace" to everyone. The Afghan food is so scrumptious in here that you would not forget the taste of it ever, no matter whatever you try...right from the awesome tea to lamb pulao. I accidentally bumped into this restaurant and found that the owner - Mr. Ahmed is so polite, kind, great conversationalist and provide customer service of the paramount level. This place touched my heart by its supreme level of authentic taste of Afghan food and unforgettable customer service. Once again, "Highly Recommended" this Afghan restaurant to everyone if you're in the mood of treating yourself a delicious Afghan food then must visit here !!!!!!!
Amazing food made by a very friendly and attentive owner, highly recommend! We came from Montreal and we couldn’t wait to come try this place, this was worth every penny, food is fresh and tasty and the rice is just simply delicious ? will be back again no doubt about it!Even our 7 y.o daughter loved it so much she made sure to leave a thank you note for the awesome food and service

Food is incredibly delicious! Great portion sizes for the price and I find that their food is consistently fresh.I always order takeout and sometimes it can be hard to communicate with the attendants (loud equipment noise and language barrier) but the food worth the struggle. I’ve been coming here for years and I think they are one of the best Afghani place in the GTA.
Came by for dine-in and tried a few different dishes. The food was amazing, so good I forgot to take photos of it so I'll just be including the menu.Food was very filling, delicious and fresh. Decent pricing as well. Meat portions were a bit small compared to how large the rice was but I'm not complaining. Overall, experience was amazing and will definitely be coming back.
Got the Tandoori Kebab Rice special.Chicken was cooked perfectly and rice was flavourful. The garlic sauce on the side was an added flavour bonus. It was all wonderful!
The food is amazing best authentic Afghani food in picking! The rice is fragrant and very flavorful. The meat is fresh and made to order. Excellent customer service and owner ensures the food is of the highest quality! Strongly recommend the food!

Ordered food for a family gathering. The food was incredibly fresh and flavourful. It felt like we were eating recipes that had been passed down generations. The portions were also abundant. Finally, the owner is wonderful and was responsive and helpful during the ordering process. It is clear that he's extremely passionate about preparing delicious food.
