Hands down the best dessert waffle place in Pickering! It wasn't just about the absolutely delicious quality product they produced but it was probably one of the best overall experiences I've had in a Cafe dessert place in a long time. Food and hot beverages were absolutely prestine, top quality and fresh! As a Pickering local, my only regret was I wish I had come sooner! Can't wait to experience your other mouth watering menu items! My wife and I look forward to coming back soon! Perhaps the next day!? Just came across this place and was curious to know what it was. A really nice comfy cozy cafe with amazing drinks and delicious waffles. I recommend the fruit filled waffles. The drink we got was a special drink made by Yusuf. He’s and amazing person and like he said “here you get to taste your name”. Thank you for the delicious drink and friendly welcome.
Absolutely amazing. Went with my friend today for the first time and the atmosphere was already so friendly and aesthetically pleasing. The servers were incredible and the customer service was out of this world.The food was delicious as well, a little pricy but for the quality and how fresh the fruit was on mine it was 100% worth it. Will be coming back all the time. Probably my new go to study spot
Super cute place with great waffles! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I got the Rainbow waffle and it was filled with lots of fruits and some whipped cream too. A bit on the pricey side but I think it was worth it as a treat. They also had a really great playlist! Tried to figure out what the instrumental band was but had no luck. This would be a great place for evening dessert, however, they always close quite early.
I booked a table through the reservation portal, and the customer service leading up to the reservation was amazing- i was texted with confirmation, and was asked about the party size, if we’re celebrating, and about food allergies /intolerances. They accommodated a large party, provided awesome customer service throughout, the food and coffee were delicious, the vibe is dope - overall 10/10, I’ll be back!
Absolutely loved our experience at Heaffles on a cold Sunday evening! It was my daughters first time and they made the experience so enjoyable. She loved that her name was on her plate. Great waffles, smooth and delicious lattes and cappuccinos and most importantly such polite and pleasant staff. I originally came in for a gift certificate for a friend and loved the vibe and atmosphere and returned tonight. Highly recommend this gem. The owners should be proud and a huge thank you to Malaika for her wonderful assistance.
