Excellent service, server was very accommodating with our order. Spaghetti and meatballs were good, we will be back.
The food was delicious, our server would occasionally check on us, the service was at a reasonable pace and the restaurant itself is clean and has a good vibe to it.

I was dining the other day with my family and it was incredibly busy, but despite that, our server Liana was phenomenal! She got everything to us as quickly as she could, and made sure that we were happy throughout the course of our meal. We have always loved East side Mario’s as a family spot, but it is staff like Liana that really take the experience to the next level!
This place has gone down hill since Covid. Slow service, food comes luke warm or cold after waiting forever. If seated out of sight of the open kitchen you will be forgotten about (Asked the waitress for drink refill and more bread which never came, ultimately a bus girl ended up getting those items for us). Unlimited soup/salad is really 1 soup/salad because the wait staff will not return to your table till your main course is ready after dropping off portion 1 of soup/salad/bread.Decent place to bring your kids I guess, but not recommended for adult only dining.
They honored the Mother’s Day special and the food was fantastic as always. This particular store is our family favorite and our go to dining location be it date night, casual or celebration.
Food was avergae. They messed up the order but didn't provide any compensation for it.
Server was nice and accommodating to our needs of getting the food in a certain time. My kids were happy. Thank you.

Walked in and was ignored rightboff the bat. I was excited as my family hadn't had East side Mario's before and I love the Italian wedding soup! I got past how long it took to get seated (it wasn't even busy). I ordered obviously the wedding soup with pasta, calamari and pizza. The wait for our food took longer than usual. The soup was incredibly salty and the calamari was hard. The waitress walked past our table several times without checking on us. We ended up asking the hostess for a drink and to get our server. When the server did finally come to our table she was rushing so much she spoke to us while standing at the table beside us. Service was definitely terrible. We felt like an inconvenience on top of feeling bad for complaining about the food. We were rushed so much we forgot the pizza and pasta leftovers.Overall awful experience.
