First time I ordered here it was very good - “hot and fresh”. This was on a Saturday around 8pm.Today (2-3 weeks later) on a Tuesday around 6:30pm, I got the exact same meal I got as last time and this time it was disgusting. The chicken was all fatty…every piece was tough; and it’s chicken. Not sure if you changed the sweet and sour chicken in that 2-3 week period, but change it back lol.I’d rather pay $20 for food that is good quality and that taste good. Instead I paid roughly $15 and I ended up throwing it all out.Again, the food was honestly great the first time - IoI that’s why I came back. Now I’m unsure if I will order from here again.
Food was fresh, hot and on time. Singapore noodles were very good and shrimp were large and plentiful. Great veggie spring roll too. Would order again for sure.
Prices have gone up so much lately. $50 for 3 people takeout, might as well go out to eat at an actual restaurant. And they charge extra for sauce on a big order. Single combos are the same, $15 and charge extra for sauce.
Great service at this place, the lady taking the orders made life so easy when she helped me pick my food. So kowledgable and friendly. The food was good.
Good flavour, a little bland, but still good. Most experiences have been good. People taking the orders can seem a little rude, but it could just be because of how busy they are. If you have the time, they are worth it.
Tried their special today! Plus Chinese broccoli ans some chicken! Huge servings, perfect for sharing, flavourful and fresh. Super yummy! Would definitely recommend for chinese food cravings and family and friends party packs!
Food is all right. I got the chicken Tso, way too sweet. Portion is okay for the lunch special $8.50. Can’t really finish it cause of the sweetness. I don’t want to even talk about the sodium level. Anyway it’s okay for the price compared to McDonald’s.
Dragon Gem has been a family favourite for years. The combos have generous portions and a good amount of meat. Food is always fresh and the staff are hard working. It’s always really busy which speaks for itself yet they’re quick and reliable. Our go-to spot when craving Chinese!
