I just want a burger with no pickles, but yet they always put pickles
Food is mediocre but the service is exceptionally subpar. The customer service staff never thanks you for coming or says any words at all, they just stick the tray out without a word. On the rare occasion you get someone who actually says hello, thanks and have a great day which comes as quite a surprise.
Wrong order, again. Ordered the Ch’King Sandwich, got this garbage in a burger bun. Disappointed as usual, and the fries are saltier than my nuts after a 12 hour shift.
I have always had a wonderful customer service experience while ordering at drive through. I personally like to have a coffee instead of pop for a side and whenever they don't have a fresh coffee, they put a fresh pot on and bring the coffee with our meals order outside in the waiting area; as it takes a few minutes to brew a fresh pot. Congratulations team. Excellent service and keep it up.
This is a newly renovated location. The interior is nice and clean. My burger and fries were good. However I don't recommend the mozza sticks. They were cold and hard. The impossible whopper was a bit dry.Staff was ok. Not super friendly but not mean either.
Pretty good food ? but forgot my sauce when I requested it for my Mozzo sticks. Always check your bag !!! Other than that good service and food.
It's faster to drive to Ajax BK and return to Pickering location and the car in front of you when you left is still there.I've seen molasses flow faster in January...
My order was wrong. I asked for no lettuce, no mayo and no ketchup on my Whopper. I got only onions and pickles. The service can be slow also. Very disappointing on Whopper Wednesday.
We had a horrible experience going through the drive thru, we ask for combo 1 with a side of onion rings! They gave us the sandwich with onion rings, and then tried to charge us for the fries!!!!!!
