Stopped here with my brother and my son for breakfast. There was only one other person in the restaurant and he was already eating his food. We ordered drinks first and the waiter had to reload the chocolate milk machine. He must have poured my coffee before he refilled the milk machine and was ordered to do other tasks by the cook. It took 20 mins to get my lukewarm coffee and I had to ask for a refill. The food was good, but took a long time to arrive. Waiter was nice, but the cook kept barking orders at him while he tried to do his main role, serve customers. Can’t recommend and won’t be back.
Was there today took 45 minutes to get our food mine was a junior burger which I couldn't eat as it was to dried out. Now everyone else's food was good. Waitress was very nice and friendly. But 45 minutes for food and it wasn't busy maybe 4 other people in is a little crazy
First of all, the owners need to support their staff. A restaurant with 35 people can’t be run by just a cook and a waitress. They were struggling so obviously service and food struggled but I can only blame it on the owners for letting their people suffer.Food wise my eggs were severely undercooked, turkey bacon burnt to a crisp so not enjoyable. Toast was actually bread because it was so UN-toasted. I ate it because we waited 30 minutes for food and we’re starving as it was the first time we’ve eaten today.I’d only ever come here to take pictures of the retro style dinner do not eat here. Go up or down the road.Edit: please anyone reading this make a better choice .
Slowest service in the history of service. Food was ok, but the entire experience was ruined by theservice. Felt ignored, and felt like we were pestering any time we asked about food or drink. It was supposed to be a nice Father's Day outing, and doing something after, but we were in there so long there was no time for anything else after. Day ruined.
Disgusting. Bacon had hair all over it. Waitress was not very bright and made us wait for litterally everything. Dirty forks and spoons place is gross
Being new to Peterborough we have really enjoyed Wimpys for breakfasts! This has become our go to breakfast place for our big family. They can accommodate a large group of people and will even reserve tables for you on a busy weekend morning. The food is really good and very nicely cooked and plated. It is SPOTLESSLY clean throughout but the best part is the staff. One server with the blonde hair, was so helpful to my father who is a senior. He had forgotten his vaccination record and she helped him look it up, that made it possible for him to eat in the restaurant. It was so good of her to take the time. Today there were eight of us. We had a new young girl serving, she was wonderful too! Everything came to the table at the same time hot and tasty and organized. We had coffee refills and water refills, kept her busy but she kept up, was the loveliest most efficient cheerful server you could ask for. They chose a good one to help out on Saturday mornings! Highly recommend!!!
Order Philly steak. Says it comes with peppers and bbq sauce. This is the driest Philly steak. Already Shrt to get them to remake Caesar salad with chicken. Will not go back. Have the orillia location train you. They know how to do it right.
45 minutes with no rush and this was my “nashville hot sandwich” its no better then chickenfingers on a bun that no amount of sauce could fix. This isnt a one time thing as well with the service being horrible every time. Go to Stacked for good service and good food
Very poor service. We got drinks and our order taken right away but waited nearly 40 minutes to get myself and my sons orders. My boyfriend got his toast to go with his meal which never came. My bacon was cold and hash browns not cooked. After 15 mins of waiting for his meal we said we were just going to cancel it as he was starving and mine was cold and not edible. The only good thing that happened was they didn’t make us pay a cent. Very disappointed.
My friends and I ate there 3 times. The food was excellent & delicious.I lost my earring & the Manage found it on our next visit. Thank you once again Sandy, you & your staff were awesome ?? ??
