I placed 2 different orders at the drive through first order 2 different burger's & second order 2 different meals! Pull up only pay for 1 burger ask were the other one is they didn't get it, so they make second burger & charged us for both burgers but only said price of the one burger they were missing! Unbelievable!
Even though it shows in time that dine in is open the place is closed and only drive through works, I tried calling the provided number and the person literally cut the call as the phone didn't even ring the second time. Expected better from Wendy's
The staff seem to be having a party in the back when working and are forgetting to check the already cooked food. All of my chicken snack wraps were all over cooked. Very unprofessional and unexceptional service from a large food corperation such as wendys. Your kitchen should not be a high school after school hang out.
I went through to try the new bacon egg muffin which was good - honestly the egg could be better... But everything else was hot n fresh - the girl that served me was the BEST! Wish I caught her name - keep up the super service - she suggested an upgrade on my sandwich and gave me a coupon for my next visit and made a suggestion how to use it. Bloody fantastic job!

Everytime I have been there recently the food was dry and have clearly been sitting in a heating tray for a long period of time. I would like to add I do not blame the staff only the owners/corporate. The staff are awesome friendly and even came into work during the worst snowstorm of the year so 5 stars for the staff 0 stars for the restaurant.
I paid for a baconator deluxe, but got a normal baconator. I'm not going to bother driving back. Unfortunately you should keep your bill and double check they gave you what you paid for instead of something that should've been cheaper.
Always a great place to eat. The staff are always friendly and after you've been going there for some time their very good at remembering you n your order lol. Great food hot and yummy.
We live in Millbrook and this was our first time at this Wendy’s. It was a terrible experience, I’d say my worst at Wendy’s to date.I have attached pictures cause it’s worth a thousand words.It was like someone was eating our fries before we got them ( no there wasn’t any in the bag) the lettuce was wilted and not really there, same on my Dave’s Double combo, cold, greasy and the onions had a skin on them that wouldn’t chew.I hope someone like an owner or manager see this and gets back to me. We were there at 5:15pm on December 23 2021. Unfortunately there was no receipt in the bag and I ha e to be honest I’m not overly surprised.
Poor customer service. The person who serves treated us as if we were Aliens. We pay for whatever you are selling, we do not beg for it. Never again will go there. NEVER
