Coke was warm. No ice and very flat. Did not taste like any kind of cola. No napkins.
Was quick service at drive thru and food was okay as well, my order was correct unlike some places I've been recently.
Was comfortable inside eating as it was very clean and maintained. I write this bc few years ago I said I'd never eat in here again bc it was so gross inside. As it stands I'll deff be going back dining in.
Everytime we order through SkipTheDishes we ALWAYS have something missing from our order. Today it was an entire meal. I understand you like many other places are understaffed but it’s every time.
This place time and time again does not put exactly what you order in the bag. From stuff I didn't order in the bag, 2 large fries and 2 medium fries when only mediums were ordered, and 2 hamburgers for 4 meals. Drinks taste like there is no carbonation.Today we ordered and they forgot multiple items, when I got home, and had to drive back, they had the bag ready....conveniently and would not make the , ,cold food ,that they forgot to give me the first time.Absolutely horrible service yet again. ?If I could give zero stars, I would.Go anywhere else
Customers must come first, not other distractions.Really needed more than one customer service person at counter.Poor girl was pulled in 3 different directions.Was still professional, not sure how.
We ordered two of the Asiago bacon ranch burgers. The first one was acceptable albeit a little light on the toppings. However the second one lacked topping, bacon and the cheese. At the prices fast food has come compared to what can be had at a restaurant. I do expect at least to give me what we pay for considering there's a premium for the bacon and Asiago version. This is unacceptable.I have always been an avid supporter of wendys conpared to other fast food, however this isn't my first poor experience; Specifically from this location. In another instance I was charged for an additional wrap that I did not order or was given. I asked for 3 and paid for 4 (I realised after the fact and double checked by comparing price with tax) but still only got the 3.I do hope that the staff can review the menu and at ensure that the bacon related sandwiches come with bacon.
Very friendly but I had to make my own salad. Not what I expected. It's been years since I've gone to Wendy's
Had a good meal. The dining room was clean but under repair. Hope it will be back to full condition soon so when I come back there will be only good vibes.
The meal was a disaster Baked potatoe was raw.The southwest avocado salD did not have any avocadoI will never attend this store again wasted $30,.The management of this location has no clue how to run a restaurantI will advise all my contacts to go anywhere else
