Thought you guys closed at 10? It's 8pm and the doors are locked. There also was a crowd by the doors all upset that you guys closed early on a Saturday. Not the first time either. I've tried coming by at 9:00 and 9:30 before and each time you guys were closed. And once the drivethru was closed at ten. Got to watch a man freak out on your speaker that was pure entertainment.
Your frosty machine is broken? No quality control I drank my frosty The fact that you would even hand this out the window to a customer is a rip off. Milkshakes are even better than this
Great staff here. Exceptionally cordial. You also get a free coffee if you are a senior - but I always buy something.
supposed to be open till midnight, at 1030 they were out of cheese sauce, lettuce and tomato. got a big spicy chicken nugget on bread with mayo for regular price. you should all feel ashamed, there are ways you could get veggies in town, absolutely inexcusable you dont care about doing your job well or having any customers. straight trash.
waited in line inside for over 20 minutes. the young teenage girl could barely handle single tasks(let alone double tasks). had to check the screen for each single item to go get and put in a bag. at one point i tried to get the young man that was manager attention as why it is taking so long to order, he just gave a wave and said nothing. I walked out and didn't order.DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY here.
Girl at drive thru taking orders on june 16th at about 5:20 was so impersonal. I could tell by her tone when I ordered the food . then at window didnt give me amount smile or anything not a word. Lady who then handed me my good was very nice though. Food was good.
Justin is one of the nicest people I have met in Peterborough Last night when I pulled up to the drive-through all the lights were closed and everything else in town was also close so when I pulled up to the drive-through i saw Justin outside cleaning up … he said the systems were down and they were throwing out the food I was so hungry that he help me out with food for me and my kids and over there in my heart just dropped for him I offered to come back and pay for the food but he didn’t except it god sent man
Food was good but had to let my son eat his poutine and then had to use his fork so I could eat my chili fries. They only gave us 1 fork
Just got home with my order and I'm disgusted. My chili was 3/4 liquid, and the burnt meat on my Jr bacon cheeseburger was thinner than the cheese. Disgusting waste of money.
I hate to give a bad review but this is one of those fast food places that would really benefit from a second drive through, or closing the walk-ins an hour or two before closing. I waited in my car for half an hour before getting our food, they were clearly very busy. If you want to get fast service I'd recommend going in. The food is still good though ?
