EVERY TIME no fresh decaffeinated coffee is brewed. It's either burned or they didn't even make any. That way my time. I worked for the company in the '80s and I'll tell you we hustled and we always got the orders right. Anytime I've gone through the drive-thru and laughed the orders wrong things are missing. This seems to be an ongoing issue not a isolated incident.
Nice place but outside is always a mess. Staff provide good service and have positive attitude
I ordered 2 bagels and both were burned so bad. They should not be selling such burnt bagels.
I go to this location's drive threw 5 days a week at 5:30 am.....Very Happy to say since May 2nd 2021 they have not made any mistakes with my order.My go to location.The staff, for that time of the day are cheerful and nice.They should all get a raise.

Was there today at 10:45 AM got 2 bacon farmers wraps no egg and a L steeped tea 3s 2. Waited in a long line just to get to school and check our order - they gave us NO hash browns on our wraps , and my tea was wrong! Will be going in later or tomorrow and hopefully get my proper order I paid for.

Closed half of the time, just went too three different locations and all are closed to anyone that doesn't have a car
Basically every tim I come here the hot chocolate tastes like water.. and they charge me double for my coffees because I like a little bit of iced coffee in my black coffee as it cools it down with out diluted like ice do never going back I’ll drive to Monaghan or sobeys Tim’s
Things could of been better, the food was warm but no napkins and a bag were not provided for my 2 orders. Thankfully I already had napkins in my car
