Lived by this timmies for years and always had slow service never really judged it’s a small location. Then one day my mom went through the drive thru and ordered like she normally does, she got to the window and they started screaming at her not to come back and she was banned because she was rude last time she was in…. Meanwhile my mom had just bought a new coffee maker and hadn’t been to that timmies in almost 2 months, when she tried to say maybe they had the wrong person as she had no idea what they were talking about they gave her her drinks and said if she didn’t leave they would call the police. All I know is they’ve lost my entire families money as we won’t be going back, and if I didn’t move to Hamilton I’d be taking it up with the manager myself because that’s wrong.
Majority of staff is great, but service is often slow.
I asked if if I could get a Red Tim Hortons points card 6 times.Then the a manager had to come over, and tell me they were out.Problem is customer service people should comprehend what the customer is asking.Important, even get your order correct.
Fantastic place for coffee, pastries, muffins etc. I go there all the time. Just love the business.

Wish they would allow curbside pickup or let our bike come thru driveway since store is closed to public
This timmies is the best in peterborough, coffee is really fresh, food tastes great and made properly. Staff are very friendly, and make your order perfectly.
Waited in drive through for 20 minutes then got my order and was missing hashbrowns. Turned around and went back and waited another 20 minutes total of 40 minutes to get cold hashbrowns.
It's on the other side of the atherly bridge. The water is different. It tastes better than town water! Staff is always kind ?
