I HAD MY GRANDSON WITH ME HE LOVES TIM HORTONS...I PLACE MY ORDER..I REALIZE THE PLACE WAS BUSY BUT I HAD MY ORDER SHORTED. ALSO ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE...NORMALLY I GO TO THE TIM HORTONS ON 36 THEY'RE AMAZING PEOPLE...EVEN CRAZY BUSY THEY'RE PATIENT AND ENGAGING..I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED.
Even though stated on Google maps open 24 hours to Lawrence was closed at 3:30 in the morning lights were on nobody in the parking lot nobody at drive through no one seen in store
Why have the place completely lit up, say you’re open 24 hours yet have nobody working. Get it together
Cars lined up for drive thru but we had about a 3 minute wait to order inside plus had a table for 4 to eat at. Short time to receive the order! Very good! Thanks staff at Tim's!
It's always fresh and fast. Great staff. If they had enough sleep ? lol
Very courteous and efficient staff. Minal served me and helped me in drive through service. She is as quick as generous. Made my day :)
Ordering was easy and food was quick to serve.However the manager was extremely rude, at one point shouting aggressively to me. I guess her priority was to have people leave quickly even if they are not done with their food to clear up space and get new customers
This store is good inside service. I try to avoid the drivethru, Line up is long, busy contributes to orders getting messed up.
Clean and bright, with friendly service.Food was hot and tasty.The owner stopped by to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.Server was attentive and friendly.Couldn't ask for more from a breakfast spot.
Went in tonight to try out the new Beibs bits, our server Serenity was absolutely fantastic. She was super friendly, and helpful. She let us know right away that she did have the new timbits in the back and would gladly get them for us if we wanted some. We left happily, with all of our evening snacks. Keep up the great work Serenity. You were a ray of sunshine in an otherwise cloudy day.
