Been there atleast a couple of times for the drive test, the staffs were nice and polite, the coffee and wraps received were also nice, a lot of parking space available. was busy all the time during my visits.
Folks are friendly at the window, and haven't gotten my order wrong. What more can you ask? ?The layout of the drive through/parking is pretty bad, but it can't be changed at this point. Just be prepared to wait.
The workers here are lovely. But I have never once had a consistent order. Teas/hot chocolates/french vanilla taste different every time I have to taste everything before leaving the line. And bagels are always over or under toasted. also the hours posted online are wrong the last three days in a row ive gone 1-2 hours before 10pm to locked doors/blocked off drive thru. They have no hours posted on their door.
Waited 19 minutes for a bagel that never got cooked. The chef lady was too busy serving her friend for free. 305 pm. On this date.Redicolius way to run a business. And I’m that time waiting. I watched thre standing there.Who is the manager. The chef lady making the drinks to go out the door. ??Check your cameras.Please. And hopefully you will see.
Always get Iced cappuccino ...omg..I get them to try everywhere but keep coming back..better than Starbucks...way less money.
The absolute slowest and sloppiest Tim Hortons franchise I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.Half an hour. Half of an hour. I waited half an hour with eight other people and received nothing I ordered.
This has to be the worst tim hortons in the peterborough area. Come here if you want to spend 30 minutes in the drive through.

You do not open at 5 am. Please adjust your time and stop misleading customers. I stayed in Peterborough for a few days and out of necessity had to rely on this location (there’s nothing else around). Their website states that they open at 5 a.m. They were NEVER open on time! Highly annoying! Do not state that you open at 5 when you really open at 5:45/6:00 in the morning.
There is no consistency with their staffIt feels like everyday someone in the drive thru taking your order likes to run their own programNot only they get your order wrong but the attitude!!!
