this is my local tim’s. the staff for one is unorganized. i constantly have to repeat my order at least 2 times every time i go. they always forget to put something in the bag. whether it be hash browns, or a wrap. one time they forgot to give me the timbit box that was sitting right beside the worker and i had to ask for it. the last time i went there, my bagel had pieces of PLASTIC in the cream cheese. disgusting.
Always busy with the drive through and not open for walk ins after 6pm, but drive through is still open. Very odd. Ordered Tim Bits for the kids, a pack of 20, asked for assorted flavours. They chose to include some flavours but not the others and there was barely 20 pcs there. Kids were not happy, I was not happy as they faugh over specific flavours. What's with the service?
Worst Tim Hortons in Peterborough. Had to order for a group of teens who were walking while I was in the drive though ordering and they wouldn’t allow them to come inside or walk thru but I’ve seen you serve adults & people with big trucks who can’t make it though. Lucky I was there to help them get there food or they would have walked there for nothing in the cold mind you. Allow people to walk though the drive through if your gonna lock the doors. My order always takes forever here to. Unfortunately I will be using other Tim Hortons instead.
Timmies coffee and food is good always. But the issues are:1: hours. They need to be open longer2: better management of drive through traffic. This is not the restaurant fault per say, but cars line up blocking Chemong, parking spots, and the plaza driveways. It's dangerous for pedastrians and other traffic (no wonder Chemong is one of the highest fender bender spots on Peterborough). The idiot customers who are so much in a rush for their $2 Timmies fix need to smarten up, but to help them along I thing the police need to start issuing tickets to drivers and the restaurant to better manage this drive through.
This tim hortons is going down hill my coffees are never right, I spent 25 dollars and my whole order was wrong .. this happens all the time there. It used to be some what okay there still not great but now it's just horrible
They have really nice staff, but they need more staff. Drive thru only for months and now that walk in is open, it's still barely open. It's unfortunately the only place to grab a coffee on my break and they are usually closed by the time I get my break, and if they are open it seems to be 15 minute wait times because all priority goes to drive thru.
This location used to be good however it’s definitely gone down hill. The quality of the food is so random and the coffee is hit and miss. Also, the in door is closed so you can go into the restaurant. Although I believe this is due to lack of employment. Drive thru ONLY!
The drive thru is ridiculous. Ppl for some reason line up in the parking spots and think they have a right to be part of the line up lol. There will be fist thrown eventually, ive seen it in other line ups that have proper drive thru areas lol .. the employees are cool tho
Consistently the slowest drive-thru Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. No one moves with urgency even though they can see the line up build up through the massive window in front of them. Watching 3 staff work on one sandwich for nearly 10 minutes was unbelievably painful. Asked for a double-double, and they did not add the sugar.I will no longer be going to this location. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
It doesnt take this long to find staff. Stop using Covid as an excuse to keep store front closed while cutting costs and making more profit. Starbucks has figured it out and you need to as well. Step up.
