Terrible service, terrible. Three people in front of me. 20 minutes to order and 15.more waiting for my meal.
It took almost 10 mins to deliver me a coffee through mobile pick-up. No in person service available at this store at the moment, beware!
I bought a sandwich today at approximately 3:00 pm. February 18! OMG it was burnt so bad. It was black. How can the bagel bar staff prepare a sandwich like this. I think it comes down to proper training. Also anyone should know not to serve this. Tim prices are pricey so at least they should make things properly. I I bought an Apple fritter and it was stale. I moved to this area a few months ago and the service here is up and down. Being an employee of Tim Hortons for over 20 years I am not used to getting burned sandwich’s & stale donuts.
Store is incompetent and useless; refuses to honor deal on app; 2 farmer breakfast wraps for the cost of a regular wrap; and they refuse because they don’t know how to make hash browns. Even though I didn’t even care about the hash browns; why should I pay double the price because your staff doesn’t know how to stop drooling on themselves long enough to put something in the oven, or honor an agreement made my your own franchise.Timm Hortons is the worst restaurant in Canada; and its an embarrassment
People are good for the most part , the timing is just off sometimes where they make you wait for excessive amount of time
Walk-in service was quick and pleasant, however, one of the two washrooms was “out of order”, inconvenient for a busy location like this.
Blueberry muffin and steeped tea. My absolute favorite. Very friendly staff.
I don’t usually leave reviews, in fact this is my first one. When I went through the drive thru, I asked (as I always do) if I could get my farmers wrap with tomato instead of egg. The lady at the window said it was a different wrap (simply sausage), I disagreed, as I always get this modified farmer’s wrap. We quickly agreed to disagree as she assured me that it will be the wrap I want. I got home with my wrap, and bit in, no hash-brown, no farmer’s sauce :(. Also no cookies:(
Every day the last 6 months this location is slow on orders, deive through is always backed up and moves Every 2mins.
Over 15 mins to purchase a coffee, with only 1 person standing in line in front of me. Generally, staff hardly acknowledge you, especially if you order food, won't even look at you and sometimes won't even verify if the order they are holding is in fact, yours. They appear scattered and disorganized.Probably just a standard Tim Hortons, lousy expensive food, they are lucky they are the only game in town on the east end.
