they messed up my order so went back to tell them and they didn’t understand and i kept explaining to them then i thought the finally understood and they messed it up again.
Great service, but tea didn't taste like it usually does
Picked up a dozen donuts and was surprised when l could not adjust the variety in the box. They all had to be the same price. But they were fresh and delicious ? the coffee was hot as usual and the great taste is why it's always crowded. You can't go wrong with Tim's. Lots of great sandwiches as well. Staff are always friendly and eager to serve. If you can, get your vaccine or Booster and let's beat this thing. ?????
Bottom line is if you have a person working the frontline cash taking orders, then they should be able to understand and communicate in our English language. Worst experience I have ever had placing an order and trying to activate the Tim's reward when she can't understand me nor I her!!!!
The staff here is actually so rude, I barley go there anymore and when I do the people in the drive thru are so rude and aggressive for no reason at all. For example I was there today and I got two ice caps and they made them messy which okay fine, but then when my mom ask for napkins. She asked four times before the guy even looked at her and the drive through window was wide open. Then when she got the napkins not even 2 second later after the guy gave them to her, he slammed the window shut, almost hit her hand if it was a second later. This Tim Hortons never seems to disappoint with poor service. Only go here if you absolutely need too. It’s the closest one from my house but I purpose waste gas because the service is such a joke.
I am not happy with this location. The employees are rude and don’t pay attention. Every time I go there they always mess up on 1 out of 2 things I order they don’t even apologize. Also the employees chat with one another and don’t pay attention to the customers. I will not return there. I have given them many chances but always mess something up.
Waited in line at front counter for over 10 mins. Even tho there was no cars in the drive thru not one of the three staff members standing around doing nothing came to help make orders or take 9rderd, the two people behind me got tired of waiting and left.
Great place I'm not happy about them being short handed having them put locks on the front door everyday some of us do not have car's or truck's they're not letting us walk up to the drive through in order to get a coffee or something we're being told it's against the law or some other excuses don't get me wrong I'd love to go sit in one of the many Tim Hortons places around town but they're getting harder to find these days.
