Go every sunday and if its the boys working my tea is done right and they are always fruendly with a hi. If its the girls no friendly give the look of why are you bothering me and they for sure can not figure out when someone orders a tea with 3 sugar 2 milk they actually mean they want a tea with 3 sugar 2 milk. Not no sugar and definitely not cream.
Variety is slim here sometimes for certain things, wish it was more stocked or I'd go there more.
This location seems to be very overwhelmed at all times. I go to this location almost everyday as it is beside my work. I have been going there for 7 years now, it wasn't until just the other day that the one girl remembered my order (I get the same thing almost every morning) She was super pleasant and smiley. I think her name was Selena. My review would be a 5 plus star for this. Unfortunately though, they seem to have trouble keeping staff, and their "new hires" do not seem to be confident, friendly, or even care at all. My order gets screwed up at least 3 times a week, and I have to leave work to go back over and get my order fixed. Unless it's Selena ( I think that's her name) working. My orders are never complicated, I drink tea...get coffee? I understand that people do not want to work these days and it's so hard to find good help. I feel bad for the employees over there that have to pick up all the slack from the many others that work there.
4 people inside working yet they have a pylon over the cash that says "due to short staff the front counter is closed"...so you have to go get in the drive thru line with 17 cars. Gong show. Either be open, or closed. "On the run"? More like "wait in line".
This location doesnt carry the items they advertise on their own screens.
The folks that work here are great, the drive thru suffers slowness occasionally but that's location, not staff fault.
I went in and got my coffee and to my surprise they got it right .
This location has too many issues. V poor customer service (not courteous), Messes up my order every time, don’t pay attention while taking the order. Closes counter service even when there are enough staff( who are seen smoking outside,right below a no smoking sign). Unbelievable!
The lady at window for drive through was very very very rude. I just asked that i had reward points yesterday but i don't see them today, and she was like your wifi not working(i was on data), you have to activate yourself( it was that's why i had points), i cant help. And she close the window.
Worst place to go. Waiting in line for 20 minutes because they're to lazy to work the register. I'll never go back there
