I had the worst experience today at this location. The food was so worst according to prices even they don’t have option to choose size. The older person who is working in front to take order he is very rude. I Never go their again.
I would say I am a pretty frequent customer at Thai express and this is the worst food from any location I’ve been to. I ordered Thai red curry and got the wrong sauce, what seems like twice cooked chicken or something dry and gross and the bamboo isn’t even cooked. I paid for extra chicken to boot and the only thing in this dish that is edible is the rice at best. I am so bummed I spent so much for such bad quality food compared to every other order I’ve ever had. This location def won’t be in the rotation.
Rude customer service. We just asked for extra spoon because our spoon fell down. They're seeing us like we done something extremely wrong. Food was good but employee working there are not good.

I’ve read the reviews and I’m shocked why the low reviews . Maybe this place has changed since before the pandemic . I used to always go in to order the Stir Fry and always thought food was great, customer service was great

Very inconsistent quality compared with other locations. Preferred the Pad See Ew which was bland and soggy. Couldn't uses a lot more sauce and flavor, as well as more greens.
I had the worst experience today at this location. I am a regular customer who comes to this location but I was totally disturbed and humiliated by the way the man who took my order treated me. He is the elder one among them and he was very rude to me. However, the other coworker apologized to me for his rude behaviour. It’s so saddening that a restaurant with such good quality of food has the worst customer service.I hope the management looks into this matter and take necessary steps.

Not professional, not friendly, Worse experience ever, an elder man who serve the customer is very rude often, rest of the other employees are awesome.Not gonna go back again.
