Got a training staff to take my order. Guy didn't seem in training, he knew what he was doing and got our food in a good time.
Staff are very polite very clean. Love it so much.
I didn't know they switched from using a shaker that had both salt and pepper in it, to individual salt and pepper shakers. I wanted a lot of pepper so said "salt and pepper" by default because they're mixed— not anymore! She poured a ridiculous amount of salt on and not even that much pepper. I literally threw it out. There was no "we have new shakers!" or "is this much okay or more?" to prevent going overboard. (I work in fast food, this is a common thing) major facepalm.

Placed an order online to pick up in 20 mins, realized I placed my order to the wrong location, I called within 5 mins and explained I can’t make it there they refused to cancel my order and stated they had already been made, and I could pick it up after work in 4 hours?...With a slogan regarding freshness, it’s contradictory...no one wants sandwich’s made 15 mins early, yet alone ones that are over 4 hours old. It’s honestly the Poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced
