RUDE staff, Eden, and Don, they thought they were pretty smart with laughing behind my back while I was right there. No, you were not. Manager Kevin doesn't seem to mind, possibly involved in the game though he was way more subtle than them. Several others aren't really worthy of a mention but rest assured your performance was noticed! They made a game out of giving me the wrong drink (haha dairy for a vegan!), forgetting the drink over and over, oops!!, and being incredibly snarky and mean to me for at least 5 months when I visited at least 4 times a week. Feel really good about yourself guys! Sbux north harrases regular customers for fun! Try smiling with genuine emotion (I get it you've "peaked"- and it hurts!), and not being offended if a customer asks for their $7 drink to not be 3/4 full or made incorrectly Every. Single. Time. Then proceeding to punish said customer with OBVIOUS hostility. So pathetic! I'm pretty sure that the profit doesn't come out of your minimum wage salary. Such an unwelcoming environment it's too bad because I just love Starbucks, I cannot wait until these horrible people move on to their next dead-end job!
Manager accused my wife of lying regarding a gift card, had no interest in resolving the issue and his only answer was to 'call customer service'. This was over $11, that we had a receipt for. We really don't need to 'rip' off Starbucks, but we can vote with our feet and not spend anymore money there.
Amazing people!! Seriously cannot say enough about how kind the staff is. During the power outage, I looked everywhere for milk for my toddler’s night time bottle and couldn’t find any. Out of desperation, I pulled into the drive through hoping that they sold small containers of milk. Unfortunately, they didn’t, HOWEVER, they did give me a cup of milk and REFUSED to let me pay for it. I Could not thank them enough!! Great staff! ❤️???
Great service but pretty slow generally, expect to be in the drive thru for at least 10-15 min generally.
The Starbucks drive thru is small and the parking lot even smaller - the hassle of finding a spot or just trying to stay in line and making sure nobody hits you is not worth the price of their over expensive drinks.
Order a mango dragon fruit refresher, that didn’t taste how it normal does. And when I phone restaurant I talked to a sweet girl on the phone she said I could get a new drink and a refund. I said is it okay if I went in the next day she said that’s fine and then I decided to go in that night. I talked a gentleman and he said did you bring it with you and I said no he said well we’re is it, I said I left it at my house. He said you need to bring it with you which I didn’t know I had to. And then he gave me a new drink. And then when I said about the refund she said I could have He said no refund.
This place is super busy. Sometimes there are places to park, many times no. They always have your order ready in a timely fashion though.
It's been really busy this afternoon with in house, take out and delivery. The staff is extraordinary! Give then a raise!
Have been going here recently since half of the Tim Hortons had been understaffed and closed during covid. Great coffee.
Good Starbucks. The space for drive through is large, but there is not as much parking, and it was pretty icy the day I was there. Store is not huge, but large enough. Clean and service was quick.
