I was there for the open house on April 1st 2022 The lineup was understandably long but was moving at a steady pace. I was impressed how the staff were focused on their jobs and were able to get food and drink orders out in a timely manner. I also enjoyed my cappuccino very much!
Refused to serve due to no mask, no empathy towards immunocompromised students or visitors.
idk who made my drink today but i'm doing a study sesh and got the same drink twice and they made it AMAZINGLY it is so good today. 100% will be getting another. it's the perfect amount of sweetness.
Let me tell you a story about a Christmas Eve stop. We were driving from Peterborough to the GTA to pick up family on Christmas Eve, thought we'd get a coffee for OTW. Bright idea (NOT) we decide to hit Starbucks as it's only a block out of the way. The drive thru was lined up out onto the side street so next bright idea (NOT) was to walk in, only about 5 people inside. Order a plain old coffee and one of the season cold coffee's, get handed the hot coffee and wait. Then wait some more , still standing with the now not so hot hot coffee. 20 minits later ask counterperson about cold coffee ( n ot the one in hand) , poor person has no clue as according to her drive thru and "App" orders come first. WTF Ignore the live breathing, standing in your lobby customer ? Another person also fed up asks for refund , and then I follow suit. I take the now barely warm "hot" coffee and leave. Elapsed time nearly a half an hour. Had poor experiences at this location before but none that reached this level of incompetence or poor management. Even McDonalds has a system that balances , online, drive thru , and in person(counter) orders. Orders get processed in order of receipt. Should have gone the one more block west to Tim's

Well what can be said Starbucks coffee is simply the very best all roasted beans and of coarse specialty coffees just the way you like
I went here for a campus tour during August (2019) of course the lines where non existent, thus I am unable to speak on how they are during a academic year. Otherwise the Starbucks here is a full functioning shop with good staff.
