I ordered 2 caramel macchiatos, and they decided to put additions in the second one (I didn’t ask for cinnamon). If you have allergies be careful
I went through the drive thru when it was extremely busy, and was pleasantly surprised when the worker, I think Kelly, took time to ask how my day was and made sure all of my drink orders were made right so I didn't feel rushed!
They never have anything available, always out of stock on everything. Today I ordered an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese I open the bag and to my surprise it’s just regular cream cheese. But that’s not all, another visit I had I ordered my drink inside and the completely got the whole drink wrong (added extra add-ons and forgot add-ons) and instead of a lemon cake pop I got lemon loaf which I’m not complaining about but it’s not what I ordered. I’ve also heard about staff “Kelly” giving rude remarks (eye rolling and looks)
I always make a note to leave a review when I visit a Starbucks that makes great customer connections despite their busyness. I’m a 4 year partner in management, so I know it when I see it. Shoutout to Caelie in the window and the team on the floor for making awesome drinks!! :)
This was a good Starbucks, the staff was very friendly and they got our drinks super quickly. I used the drive through but it is a decent sized location so I would guess it has all the normal Starbucks food and drinks available.
I give this starbucks 5 stars ***** ?Honestly I'm having a bad day and they made the best drink for me and then personalized it with a note on my cup. Thankyou starbucks team your truly amazing ? ?
"Kelly" is a real asset to this establishment, if "customer service" includes rolling your eyes, and being snarky to customers every time you serve them. That's exactly the opposite rapport that I get when I frequent many other Starbucks around the GTA. Haven't been back to this location.
Went to the drive through on Lansdowne Street across from Best Buy. Got a Chai Tea Latte - Yum! Drive through was quick, and had my drink in no time. The only thing that wasn't great was trying to read the many items on the menu board and make a selection in a very little amount of time. But, such is the way of drive throughs.

My daughter and I visit this location on her way to and from Trent U. I find the staff here not quite as friendly or helpful as other locations. On a recent visit we picked up our drinks and got on the 115 to head home. I took one sip of my macchiato and almost spit it out…..my daughter drank about half of hers before her stomach started hurting. Both drinks were made with oat milk……maybe it was off?When I tried to contact the store to tell them so they wouldn’t serve it to anyone else…..no answer. So I stopped in on my next trip to Peterborough to let someone know……they could not have cared less! NOT my favourite location
