I placed an order through Skip and the restaurant called me to say they couldn’t fill the order as they had sold out of the item. So we agreed to cancel the order. Because the restaurant had accepted the order I couldn’t cancel it on my end. So I called the restaurant back and said you will have to cancel it at your end. So the order was charged through to my Visa anyway. When I called the restaurant back again a very rude young lady named Nicole said this was not their problem I would have to get it back from Skip the Dishes. She did not offer to help and when I said “ Am I going to get my money back?” She replied, I don’t know, have a nice evening and hung up. Terrible customer service. I will never use this restaurant again. What kind of restaurant takes your money, gives you nothing in return and then absolves themselves of all responsibility of it??
Our server was wonderful but our food kept coming out cold. The cheese on our nachos wasn't even melted. They compensated us but were a little disappointed as it had such great potential to be delicious.
Dill sauce is amazing! Fun hangout spot. The Cobb salad is so so good! Famous for more than just their wings;)

I called to order food at 8:45pm for pickup, checked times and your restaurant closes at 10pm. When I called I was told that they're closed.If you're closing at 8:45, why are you answering the phone? Why are your hours not updated? I then drive by running another errand and everything still seems open, noticed a customer pulling in. Did your staff just not feel like doing their job tonight?This is not the first occurrence. I've called in the past only to be told that the kitchen was shut down early for cleaning. Again, why are you answering the phone? Why wouldn't this cleaning be done after closing like every other restaurant in the world?This isn't just bad customer service. This is pathetic.

Typically, something like this would not be an issue but St. Louis is becoming known for being skimpy!! This was for a celebratory dinner.With an almost $90 order from skip the dishes we would have expected to have received more than one tiny salsa and one tiny sour cream, especially considering that the nacho kit quite literally states that it is for two people on their menu.How in the heck would two people be able to share these? Lol! The vodka kit includes: two limes and one lemon and we received a gross sandwich baggie with slices of lemon and lime..... Really not impressed for an order that is so expensive. I believe it is most likely because the order was done through skip the dishes so there would be no repercussions to the staff itself but that their flaws would simply fall into the hands of skip and the driver.
Food was great, service was great, overall great!
