2 stars because when I eventually received my food, it was good. We waited just over an hour for our food and the restaurant was not overly busy. In that hour, we saw our server twice and when I asked her why our food took so long, I got a long pause followed by 'I don't know 'Go here if you're not overly hungry and have a while to sit.
Had a waitress who when asked to get more food said “no we can’t do that”, didn’t give any refills, pulled the napkin from my friends hands while he was still using it, also when asked about ice cream desert she said “that they only have vanilla ice cream”, then said “ok are the bills separate” before we could even answer if we wanted any other desert (also waited 30 minutes on food) then proceeded to ask me in front of everyone around my why I didn’t tip her enough. She made me feel made so awkward that we just left the restaurant quickly. (April 27 sitting in larger booths)
Great afternoon …everyone’s food was delicious! Staff are friendly and all around a great day!
Where do I start. We were kept waiting for drinks, waiting to order and waited over an hour for our meals. We weren’t told of a long wait (order apps or more drinks etc). I ordered ribs and fries, the fries were stone cold, the ribs were very dry and very charred, plus a very small portion. I was starving by the time my food came!. Unfortunately not only was the food bad (no one at our table had a pleasant meal) our server had a very poor attitude towards our experience and couldn’t contain her irritation that we were unhappy with the food. Don’t waste your time or money eating here. Enjoy one of the other many awesome restaurants Peterborough has to offer that cares about serving good food accompanied with good service.
Take your business somewhere else in Peterborough. Many nice restaurants in the city where the food will actually be edible and staff enjoyable. Not a pleasant experience here at all.
Didn't have the beer I wanted so a bad start. Steak was cold, and the ceaser salad was drenched in ceaser. I'll never return.
Food was delicious and came out with good time. Service was amazing! The waitress very super friendly with my 5 year old (very busy) son, he says they're friends now.
We don’t have photos. We went to watch game with a special needs man and they turned it off, after saying it would be on. The glasses were chipped. The waiter was rude and the food was not worth the high price! It’s too bad because the building is great.
We had a shin dig of 8. One girls burger was extremely rare (was not ordered rare). Which the waitress did take back (waitress was decent). The nachos are gross. Buffalo cauliflower is half okay if it isn't soggy pieces Two girls stomachs are upset after eating there (maybe grease?? Not sure) Our table was barely cleared off.It is way too expensive for the quality of food they are putting out.Come on Joe.
Great food. Good portion sizes. Very friendly staff would come back often if we lived in Peterborough.
