A best Pizza of the town ever. I have placed online order once and I got my order within 25 minutes. So drivers are also very fast. I have also went to the store to order and they made it in just 15 minutes. They have staff on hand so never disappointed by their service. All the employees including delivery men and kitchen staff are also very friendly.
I am not really a fan of pizzas but this one really made me to think whether I must reconsider my opinion about pizzas.It was an absolutely wonderful experience from pizza pizza. The pizza was perfectly cooked and even the fries they serve is far better than any other fast food restaurants. I hightailed recommend this place.
Pizza was burnt and tasted burnt. Very crunchy and dried out; worse than cardboard. Cheese tasted very processed. Can’t understand why they would sell you something so bad. Never going back.
Ordered pizza from the store after 1 am. It was so delicious and the chicken wings were so tasty. Staffs were so polite and friendly. I would love to have pizzas from there. Highly recommended to try. ❤️?
Had a great dinner from this restaurant today. Right from the experience at the shop till finishing my last slice of the pizza.. I am extremely satisfied. Well cooked and topped pizza. Highly recommended fast food in chemong
They'll never serve you soggy fries because they are magically so dry that salt wont even stick to them.But if you want fried chicken look no further!... they'll burn the breading so dark it hurts to chew through and leave cold chicken in the middle!But dont worry, even though the food is either cooked too fast on too high a temp, or old and dried out, they'll still make you wait around as if every bit of it was actually cooked it fresh.Location is convenient so I have ended up there a few times but I feel robbed. I would have thrown the "food" back across the counter but the chicken burger was basically a brick and I wouldn't want to hurt anyone.
EXTREMELY DECEITFUL COMPANY. I went to an NHL game April 29th. Fans were told, in the second period, that ALL the fans would receive a Free slice of pizza if they presented their ticket. Next day I went into this store and they refused to honour the offer even though I presented my ticket. I emailed Scotiabank Arena. For what one slice of pizza would cost you would think the company would honour what they promised.
I ordered pizza tonight from the Chemong store in Peterborough. Having to wait in store for 25 minutes to get my order then getting home and opening up my $90.00 order only to find it burnt. The extra large cheese pizza was like biting into a rock the garlic bread was burnt as was the cheesy half moon bread. I called the number for the company and they told me they could do nothing without going back into the store. I live out of town I am not driving back in there. This is totally unacceptable the staff were not ENGLISH speaking and hard to understand to say the least. I will never go back there or recommend it to anyone. Very un happy customer and very un happy customer service.
I order a pizza at 2 am and didn't realize I forgot to add all my toppings. When my pizza got here and I saw it was a cheese pizza. After calling and confirming I did forget to add anything they were kind enough to send a replacement pizza with all my toppings free of charge! By the time I got my replacement It was past their closing time yet the driver still delivered. Amazing customer service!
This place needs a change of management.. they had no creamy garlic dipping sauce, which is the main reason we go to pizza pizza. Then we got the large special with wings and 2 dips, we received 1 dip, wings weren't given, had to wait another 10 minutes for wings and had to show the special comes with 2 dips as the employee insisted system is only allowing 1.. never again
