Awesome friendly staff. It’s my birthday week and the whole staff said happy birthday to me. Very friendly service and they don’t crush the bread which is a great thing. Thank you again. The sandwich was delicious and delightful
Very friendly service, the manager was very kind. Food was great! It’s nice that it connects to a Country Style so you can get a sweet treat to go with your food. The cookies are awesome!
The subs here are the best fast food subs I've ever tasted. Me, my granddad and bosses love this place. My only critique is the drive thru. Three large potholes, and a waiting time that ranges from 5 to 20 minutes.
I was there in mr. Sub location at highway 7...one girl was with black hairs and small height and fair complexion was there to serve me...She was so polite and kind in nature...i was confused what to buy but she helped me to decide by explaining about different kind of subs and there toppins...i had very excellent experiance over there
The best apple fritters I have ever had, like ever. I have tried them from countess locations and nothing compares. Friendly staff too
Once i was there...it was busy and it took me 15 min over there .Staff offer me free coffee and donuts for this reason. I recommend everyone to visit there.??
Best sub shop in Peterborough friendly staff and generous with the ingredients. I like extra veg and it’s never an issue. Unlike the miserable family owned shop on lansdowne thst act like you are committing a crime when you ask for a bit extra. Well done !
Love that their open early for delivery. Quality of their subs are great. Especially the toppings. I wish I could buy a huge jar of their jalapenos and hot peppers!!
Most staffs I meet at this location have big hands while not necessarily and noticeably friendly. Amounts of ingredients/toppings in my subs are generally enough to bring flavours to certain degrees and they get ready very quickly.
Went here today…. It took 15minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The guy working drive through came over to make a sub clearly for someone waiting in drive through, I gave a simple hey how are you. No eye contact, no hi, head down. Ignore… He was wearing track pants ???? No dress code Mr.Sub? The lady who finally ended up serving me went ahead and served 3 customers who walked in well after me at the country style side. As if she was trying to avoid making a sub. I understand it’s Covid (hard to get staff) but the owner who I saw in there, saw that they were sinking. He should have leant them a hand rather then watch them sink and care about your customers because they are the reason you can sit in your big fancy chair and count the $$$. If you keep this up, you won’t have any $ to count, you’ll be bankrupt. Brutal, never will be back
