Server was unattentive, food was ok though. Wasn't very busy maybe 6 or 7 other tables with 3 servers I saw working so was sort of confused as to why we didn't see her atleast once or twice during our meal. Would've gotten refills and maybe more food if she had come by.
Staff is friendly whether they're on the phone or front door of the restaurant. Sports on at every angle. Clean seating areas; ie the bar & dining area. Great deal for kids to dine one night of the week.. All you can eat rib's another night. Lots of parking. Can't wait to see what it's like on the patio!
My review does not reflect the quality of food, as we didn't have any. Upon walking through the front doors, the greeters made me feel like I was the loser kid in high school again, it seemed like the staff was more annoyed that we were there more than anything. The waiter didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Maybe I wasn't dressed nice enough? Anyways, we left before ordering drinks, went somewhere else, and had a great dining experience.
Overall I wasn't that satisfied. They place was clean and the service was friendly and prompt but overall, as a group, we were not that satisfied. The food was a little on the cold side and the chicken breading was slightly burnt and hard to chew. Not so much as to not eat their again but it will definitely not be our first choice. If I could make a little but important suggestion, keeping a fresh pot of coffee brewing would go along ways. Thanks for lunch, see you again, just not soon.
Great service and for what you pay, you get a decent sized meal.
Very clean nice people serving. Just couldn't understand where the decorations took off to. When my dad said we were going I was pleased. We had medium rare steaks crispy fries and coleslaw everything was perfect. I definitely enjoyed it
Great lunch time specials. Terrific from the moment we were greeted and all the staff throughout. Pleasant and professional, D and I both had soup, salad and sandwich specials.It's now Dec 21/21 ... It was dinner and D did the chicken sandwich special, I did the small steak. Food, service and environment were lovely.I think it's fair to say we still prefer Chuck's but this was lovelyMerry Christmas and Happy New Year's!!!
Food was ok and fast. However, they were short-staffed and we did not see our waitress at all. Did not get a chance to ask her for napkins which we were short on- 2 provided for 4 people.
The service was excellent and food delicious. My only complaint was on my pulled pork sandwich didn't have any BBQ sauce on it. I should have asked for more, but I didn't and other then that the sandwich tasted delicious
Always friendly service and great food.The bacon Mac n' Cheese was delicious.
