horrible customer service from tryphana. Slow and rude… every time.
This is the worst McDonald’s in ptbo, every time I’m here my wait is OVER 20 minutes just for a coffee. If I could give them less stars I would.
The service was quick but the food was okayish. The fries we got weren’t fresh. Also, they don’t serve fish at this location.
Hours say open at 7. Went in at 5:45, gates were already pulled. Called to ask what time you guys close and I am told 6. Well why are you closing well before THAT time? "Cuz we need time to close down and only get an hour"You need to learn how to run your business properly. No wonder there are so many 1 star reviews!
Not as big a menu as most big places but order was bang on and they're very friendly.
I ordered a coffee a few weeks ago and it took over 15 minutes to receive my order. The cashier was rude and not professional. Made a complaint online and through the store with no response. Go here if you want to wait and receive poor service.
Today 3:03 pm Saturday August 21, 2021 there was ONLY ONE staff working at this location. She was working cash, making fries, and everything else. I'm livid. I hope this girl is either getting 5x pay or this seems to be a labour law issue. I'll be following up on this with head office. I'm furious to see the situation and didn't even care that it took such a long time to get my order.
Asked for no cheese on my 1/4 lb burgerConfirmed no cheese with the server when she handed me the bag with our food. Got in our vehicle and guess what? Cheese. May not be the biggest deal in the world to some people but couldn’t eat it and it’s not what was ordered so I guess it’s $10 fries for me.
Got my burgers made to order & they were done just right
They need to get better people. The phone call I got when they forgot to send my proper order leaves me with little hope for humanity. The stupidity of the response from the manager was so mind numbing I’m still left with my head spinning.
