This place is the worst McDonald’s/fast food out there. Jamie and Terry clearly have no clue how to run a proper restaurant in 2022 as their customers in the lobby and drive thru are always waiting 10-30 minutes for food. The poor skip couriers have to wait just as long as well, delaying them from their orders and travel time. They need to hire more staff and figure out their management style as the way it’s going is terrible. On top of that, the poor staff are treated terribly and over worked constantly. The managers barely get their breaks as they are always running out of staff to cover them. I truly hope this review helps as the customers/staff/skip all deserve better. Get your store together Jamie and Terry!
Probably the worst McDonalds to go to. Dont get the order right and seem completely confused on how to take orders in a 2-lane drive-thru (take orders from 1 side and leave a long line in the other side)
it took 35 min to take my order after getting to the order speaker and the food was the worst i ever had at any Mc Donald's.
Didn't give me the hash browns I ordered then when I came back to the store I had to wait for them to cook more, at breakfast time. Be better, this is just sad, we have experienced numerous let downs from this location this is not the first time but it might be the last.

Waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. Eggs in our egg McMuffin's were not fully cooked and the orange juice was watered down. Very unpleasant experience.
I watched someone today wait 20 minutes in store for their lunch. 1 person doing counter, they went on break, nobody covered her. The guy got tired of waiting for his food and walked out. The girl came back from her break, put his order on the counter, then acted shocked that he left. Like it was perfectly ok to wait 20 minutes for a burger. All they care about is drive-thru.

Once I get it, but almost every time. I dont get paid to double check, just want what I pay for.
The Cashier Anthony was very helpful and understanding of my digestive needs. He went above and beyond and for that I would like to thank him. Great service
Good breakfast, however a little bit more money than Tim Horton’s now for the same thing. Large coffee, breakfast sandwich and hash-brown. McD’s was more $. I like both places though. Keep up the good work!
