Mind blowing how small the portions are along with the fact there is essentially no sides. Didnt come with drinks. Was good food but we had to go eat dinner directly after effectively having 35 dollar apps because the portions were so small.
Certified Masarap (Filipino word for delicious!)! We really enjoyed the tacos and quesadillas here. Truly authentic Mexican food! Went here before heading back to Toronto. This is where I found my new fave drink, the Jarritos Mandarin! Will come back again soon! ???
The food here is delicious, the owner was very nice and made us feel welcome, the chef was so helpful in finding the right heat that I wanted for my fajitas. I had the fajitas and my wife had the vegetarian (corn and black bean) taco, she loved it. All the food was so fresh and the staff is so enthusiastic. We really enjoyed the experience and will be a returning customer.
Wow! Best mexican food we've had in Canada. We tasted 3 salsas and none were tomato based. I almost cried! Yes Canada... Salsa is not all made from tomatoes. Their spicy salsa was onion based and was an experience in itself. I had the enchiladas and my wife the tacos. Everything was incredible.
Feedback is purely as information sharing...when we walked in, the server was on the phone, which is understandable...took our order...never washed his hands...went on to fix the food...no gloves...touchingthe food with bare hands...never have we had such awful food...there were many red flags when the server was preparing the food...huge lack of safe food handling...my hope is that we don't get food poisoning or fall sick. There need to be more training or at least more help. This was crazy making...I hope they look into this.
My mom and I came here for lunch and the food was authentic and amazing. We both had 3 tacos and mango salad and it was all delicious. Martin is so sweet, very personable and clearly so passionate about what he does. Thank you!

We didn't know what we should have so we asked the owner Martin to surprise us and that he did! It seemed that everything we tasted was an instant favourite until we tasted the next thing was even better! Best pico EVER! I don't part with my dining dollar easily and I am known to be super-picky. The cost was totally worth it when the whole experience is fun and the food was amazing. It is refreshing to have great service and you know the owner takes pride and adds to the Peterborough flavour and community because of his great small business.
This might be the best food I’ve ever consumed. I can’t remember the name of who served me but I believe it was Martinez or something. Nicest man ever. He served me my food in less than 5 minutes and told me about each part of the dish, what it contained and how spicy it was.Super authentic place. Please go check it out and try the pork taco. You won’t regret it.
