Great in and out service staff was happy and patient got my usual 5 dollar bucket
Horrible place to order from online. No email was sent, the place doesnt answer the phone. No communication whatsoever. Now i have to wait 3-5 buisness days for a money return.
What happened KFC!!! I picked up a bucket for the first time in a long time on Wednesday morning at 11:30 at Chemong location. I realize KFC has gone downhill the last few years but this location had been ok. The chicken was dry, batter was falling off, tasteless and pieces were unrecognizable. It didn't even smell like KFC. Very disappointing.
My roommate ordered the two for $10 chicken sandwich meal deal advertised out front of the store. Pictured were two beautiful breaded breasts, lettuce, mayo, fries and a nice bun.. what he was given was something else.. he got two McDonalds cheeseburger sized greasy buns with two hunks of breaded chicken smashed between them one piece of sweet pickle on one, none on the other and a blob of mayo in the middle, two small fries.. for $10. Drinks were extra, which I ordered as I was thirsty. They were out of ice AND the pop tasted like mildew/mold meaning the machines fluid lines were too warm and hadn't been cleaned in a LONG time.My only bright side was the wonderful lady with the red and white braids who served us. She was very nice, she would have earned 4 stars if I was just reviewing her. She was quick and courteous.Management needs to pull up at this place for quality assurance. What a shame.
It was the worst original chicken burgers I have ever eaten. They were either over cooked by far or sat for hours. That's it for me and my family with kfc. Very disappointed as I have been a lifelong kfc goer.
abysmal customer service. won't do a thing to make it right. don't waste your hard earned money here. mary browns or popeyes are alot better. this kfc sent us a chunk of chicken instead of the popcorns we ordered (random chunk of chicken not being worth as much nor what you want -at all- when expecting popcorn chicken). followed up with the store and they said they'd look into it, but nothing in many many many weeks now. they don't care at all. won't bother with it again. total crock. so lame. no problem doing whatever they want to your order and do not give a care about what you think or what you paid for. you roll the dice when you order from here.
35 minute wait for chicken at 830pm on a Thursday when the restaurant closes at 10pm?How does Kentucky fried CHICKEN not have chicken, or make someone wait 35 minutes and still charge? Won't be back.
It sucked. My family and I got hair in our food and the food was greasey. I'm never going there again.
This is a very very old KFC, the owner is just running it into the ground. Last order I had might as well have called it a bucket of grease. It should be torn down and given a face lift and a new owner. You won't get that in PTBO.
I can't recommend the online order/home delivery. The delivery was 35 minutes late. Food was cold and they sent the wrong flavor of drink. Was informed by the KFC customer service they have no way of tracking orders except for phoning the store or sending the store an email. Ordering a pizza now.
