Some staff need to get a new job, they clearly hate it here and IT SHOWS!!EVERY TIME I order food they are rude, take long to even address me when I’m waiting (it’s not busy in the restaurant or drive thru) and are very dismissive when talking to me. Terrible customer service and should work some where else because they seem miserable here.
Overall I like Harvey but this particular branch did not really give out a great meal..
Always very slow service through the drive-thru. Went there tonight, with a smaller line-up. The worker had apologized for the wait once she finally addressed me. It was whatever until I got home to realize they had messed up my order. They had given us a different type of poutine, which had tasted really bad. Waste of time and a waste of a drive. Unsure if I will be going back.
Best burger I have ever had from Harveys. Huge order of fries but they were a little undedone. Still very delicious.
Didn’t get my order right twice, tried to take it back and they argued with me and then made me pay for again and they still got it wrong, didn’t even bother going back. absolutely terrible
Never have I been treated this rudely anywhere. So shocking. I just left. Will never be back.
I went through the drive in and my tap didn’t work on my card. Tried again and there was a problem with it so I offered to switch cards right away when I was rudely told he would only try one more time and I would need to move on. I said I’m sorry this is a different card. He said he didn’t care he doesn’t have time for this. Only one other car behind me and my order wasn’t even at the window yet. Very rude. I told him to forget the order. Think the issue was even on their end since my card worked fine at a different place. Won’t go back here again even though I enjoy the food. Horrible customer service. Was actually shocked he said that to me.
I ordered classic poutine bcz I don’t eat non veg and this what I got at the bottom of my container “a chicken piece “ and top of all the lady at the drive through was not so friendly, really bad customer service, the way she talk to customer is not acceptable.
Ordered burger without a bun. Long wait. Gave knife & NO FORK! What a mess! Overcooked and way-too-brown dill pickles came with one ranch dressing instead of the usual two. Digital CAA invalid and questioned even though it was registered in app. Please join the modern times. Who wants to carry around 50 plastic points cards? This location is always slow. I don’t recommend this location.
