Bun was burnt, chicken was over cooked and rhe onion rings were over cooked. I usually love Harvey's but not that night
The staff here is incredibly incompetent and rude. We waited 34 minutes for our food, only for it to be cold. The girl they had making the food had no idea what she was doing, putting the wrong toppings in the wrong burgers. When we mentioned that the food was cold and milkshake was melted, they rolled their eyes and told us that we could go and eat somewhere else if we wanted, then gave us a sarcastic thumbs up.
Made a quick stop for a burger craving amd wasnt disappointed. The meat is delicious and I got EXACTLY what I wanted on it... I mean the counter help was spot on. Not too crazy about Lansdowne Street - it's honestly one of the worst in busy times(!) but it was worth the trip.
Food was cold. Chicken strips were over cooked. Sad because we love this place.
Dont know how any other fast food places are in business? This place blows the competition away!.
