What a horrible experience I would give 0 stars if I could. Yesterday (May 7) my husband and I had company over and we ordered pizza to celebrate an occasion. We ordered around 1:50pm and the pizza did not arrive until 3:10. When the delivery driver arrived he didn't know how much it costed and said he had lost the receipt and took a guess at how much he thought it cost. So my husband paid and we were just going to call in to the store after our hungry guests ate to confirm the price. The pizza was ICE COLD and extremely soggy. It was almost like it wasn't cooked. We ended up having to cook the pizza on our own in the oven as it was so soggy and mushy. I called the store to confirm the price and to let them know how awful the pizza was. The lady I spoke with was very nice, but she proceeded to tell me that her manager would be in at 6:30pm and took my contact information to have the manager call me to let her know of our experience. The manager never called. You would think they would take care within their establishment to hear client complaints when they are unhappy. We always used to order pizza from Free Topping in Oshawa before we recently relocated to Peterborough and never had anything but amazing experiences with the staff and the food was always delicious.We do not recommend this business. The customer service is terrible, they neglect their customers, and they don't take pride in the food they deliver to their customers.Do yourself a favor and order take away from another pizza joint to avoid embarrassment if you are trying to feed your guests.
Horrible service and incapable staff. What's normal for any other restaurant is a rush for them. 6 people show up and they are running all over the store. The young girl who works there has serious attitude problems and need to learn what customer service is. If you can't fulfill online orders, don't accept any. Also you can't be swearing in front of people because you're too busy. Get a grip.
My family and I enjoys the taste of the pizza but every time we order I always ask for extra cheese and for it to be on top of the topping. As you can see I still see the toppings. I told the young lady when I placed my order that this has happened the last 2 times she said she would put it on the top. After I got home I called and said hey where is the cheese I was told that the cheese is now weighed. I would have liked to have been told that I would still see the topping or I would have asked for more to be added. I'm more than likely not going to be a returning customer I like to get what I pay for!
Our family loves Free Topping Pizza! Just had a pepperoni pizza and garlic sticks! Hot, fresh and delicious! Staff is friendly and professional!
Got pizza here last night and it was so amazing! Such friendly staff and amazing prices. I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.
I ordered my pizza to come at 8:20pm and it showed up a 7:45pm, forgot half of it at the store had to go back and get it. Hope it's good (I havnt tried it yet) and hope my dips I paid for are in the pizza box.Pizza was good but cold and my dips were missing.
Placed an online order at 7:15. Did not know the store closed at 8. Waited for my order to arrive. It didn't. Tried calling the store at 8:15. No answer (closed). I received a confirmation email. If they weren't going to complete the order, they could have called.
Excellent service but they gave us a regular crust when we wanted thin crust!
We moved to Peterborough from the GTA in late July and have tried a few places for pizza since. Last night we tried Free Topping Pizza on Landsdown and this is the best pizza we've had since moving here; lots of toppings of our choice on a very tastey crust. We ordered the thin crust which was just the right thickness. Staff are friendly hard workiing people that made us feel a part of the community.
Brilliantly pleasant employee (I only met one) and truly great pizza!!! Come one, come all!!!
