5 soft tacos for $20 and that included taxes and $2 tip. Such a great deal for what you get. I just asked for them to mix up the meats and sauces as they seemed fit. 3 in me and i am stuffed. Have only had their burritos before and they too are great. Wonderful staff

Angry person at counter screaming he had no meat. He was stressed and disorganized and not prepared hyper and rude beyond words Then he hung up on me for no good reason Add said open at 11:00 and because I called at 11:15 he lost it. They should update time or at least say to customer sorry the adds not up to date and apologize and move on. Bad experience Deb

Worst experience ever..I live in north york, and visited my friends in Peterborough last Saturday. I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend . First of all, the short guy (looked like a trainee) was eating in the restaurant while preparing orders which is so disgusting. Apart from this, his customer service skills are below average (a teenager can do better customer service). He misbehaved and has no manners how to treat customers.

Terrible service in the city the guy who own the restaurant (short Guy) doesn’t know how to speak with customers specially with Asian food delivery guys i went for my take out order as normal when i saw his behaviour with the international students. Also i had to wait a lot for my order even though it was take out and they jus ignored me. These are the scammer people. Don’t know how they got 4 star rating on google.

Worst experience ever..First of all, you are wrong about my past 7 generations but I don’t care what you think.Secondly, you or one of your friends posted fake reviews about me at A&W (my workplace). You did this because I complained about you to doordash.IMPORTANTYou accept orders in your tab of doordash and then dasher goes to your restaurant to collect the order. After waiting 20-30 minutes when dasher asks you about the order then you rudely say that you won’t make the doordash order and ask dasher to cancel the order because you already got the money in your pocket from doordash. This happens everyday with every dasher. You are earning money for doing nothing through doordash and other platforms.After doing all this, if you afford a HUMMER then that’s not remarkable.Lastly, if I talk according to you then my Family is proud of me that I have broken the chain of having non-luxurious car since last 7 generations at the age of just 23.Listen, I afford this car because of my hard work not like you and I’ll make sure that my next 7 generations will drive Mercedes or better one.⚠️Here below is what you have reviewed about me at my workplace.(Rude night crew, specially the guy thatowns the Mercedes telling people howhe runs AW. This was the worst food experience I’ve had period. Extremely rude and none caring, made the tacos I ordered with everything I said not to put on and refused to remake it. Never going back and I recommend everyone stay away.Looking at how the owner responds to bad reviews I see he tries to place blame on the person posting a review and will not take accountability. Every experience I’ve had in this store has been terrible. The employee was rude every time, and did not listen fully to what I was saying. He continued to make my food without listening to what I was asking NOT to be put on it. And the food quality is terrible. All pre prepared meat, vegetables all bad quality. I’ve worked in many restaurants, and this was all a big surprise for me.As for the police incident for everyone who will be reading this, that was not me, and I definitely never received a call from police. Just another customer not satisfied who could not control themselves because their are a lot of intoxicated people that go there that is a fact, I do not drink.

Selfish owner and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I was waiting for the doordash order, after 40 minutes when i asked for my order the owner replied that he will make it after 10-20 minutes and when i asked why so, then he said its my restaurant who are you to question me. He rudely said to cancel the order and get out from my restaurant. The cook (tall guy) said that we dont work for you and started abusing. This scenario wasn’t the first time to happen with me or with other delivery drivers or even the customers. Respect must be given to everyone under his service. The guy used to do deliveries in a hummer or a pickup for doordash/skip the dishes.
