Leaving for review for my coworker. She went to order sandwich for lunch. Debit systems for down did not inform customers that machines were not working. Ordered her lunch and waited around 15 minutes was told then that the machines were not working. Another customer waiting, generously offered to pay $100 cash for everyone who was waiting for their orders. The manager took the money and sent everyone else away.. the good deed from the customer went unnoticed. The customer service was absolutely disgusting.
Food was good.Guy with yellow highlights in his hair super rude. Was greeted with just a 'hey' in drive thru so I waited for him to ask to take my order (never happened) so finally I had to say are you going to take my order?Got to window the guy and another girl just put my food down didn't speak a word to me and handed me debit machine I tapped card and they handed me food. Not even a have a good day sir or anything just silence.Will not be back. There is a tim hortons in both directions right up the road.
I was there on Friday. The owner made my sandwich. Very nice job. Ill certainly be back. Very clean restroon.
Staff wears gloves to make your food, then take your money/debit, and then wearing the same gloves move on to the next sandwich. I addressed the first staff I saw do it, and I saw someone else do it, so it will be last time I go there. If that is how they handle food I see, I am terrified of what I don't see
Customer service was outstanding. We will be using this location from now on, and will be encouraging anyone we know to do so as well.
Good pit stop. Nice clean restrooms. Got French vanilla which was on the sweeter end and felt like a pre mix instead of freshly made but it was good and much needed during our drive.
Love country style. But......Speed up please. This place is famously sloooooooow
