Stopped here 10 min before 7. Long drive for the day and my 1.5 year old son needed a quick change and a stretch and I would have loved a coffee.Anyway got to the door and the girl there locked the door in my face, shrugged and walked away as I'm holding my son and a diaper bag in the rain.I understand you want to lock up 10 min early but let a man change his son!
My brother went to go change his son 10 minutes before closing. Lady was in a rush to leave as she locked the door right in front of his face. Leaving my brother and my nephew standing there…What type of person leaves a man and his son in the rain?Your employee also decided to close and lose your business profit.
The one lady at the service counter was an absolute gem. Bless her heart we forgot to get her name. She was patient and focused in taking orders and delivered pleasant customer service. The coffee and tea werr bith made to order wonderfully. However, ownership needs to hire more help! The one lady can't be serving everyone by herself on the Saturday morning of a long weekend. Understanding that hiring and compensation are challenging, but management needs to do better and give this woman a raise!
Bagel cheese with bacon and egg plain very good! Coffee just a little more coffee in your preparation. And thanks for the good service!
Ordered food this morning and the woman taking the order was visibly annoyed that we ordered multiple items. Like it was an inconvenience or something. While waiting for our 2 bagels, two orders were brought back to the counter by other customers, that were incorrectly made. More annoyance, rolled eyes and glares. My partner ended up forgetting his phone here, when I went to call to see if that's where it was, the phone lines were disconnected. So we drove 30 minutes to go back, asked if anyone had brought forth the phone, and once again, were greeted with more annoyance. The employee acted like they could've cared less. Turns out the phone was stolen out of the bathroom, our loss. Probably won't visit again due to the complete and utter rudeness from the young girl running the till.
Ordered a BLT and a coffee... both were great at a good price. Service was efficient and friendly.
Stopped here to use the bathroom. It was pretty grimy and dirty. Was going to get something while there but was really busy. Will stop again if need a washroom or a quick bite on my way by.
Sorry I could not put text as I put the review on my phone, as I got or tried to get served. I stopped in to get something for lunch. The restaurant wasn't very busy, I looked at the prepared sandwich, then the menu and proceeded to get in line at the order counter, 1 person in front of me, 1 car in the drive through and one lady looking at the donuts. After he was served I got closer the order counter, then the girl at told the lady to go at the counter to put her order in, stepped right in front of me. She serves the lady, then walked away and start talking to another employee (i'm still at the ordering counter waiting). Someone else comes in, he looks at the donuts and she tells him to go to the order counter, steps in front of me, she comes over to serve him. I either said something or raised my arms up with a big sigh and she finally noticed me, apologizes then takes my order, that was a 9 minute wait with 2 people cutting in front of me. I order a panini, and they are out of panini bread so I opted for another bread. Then she starts making the sandwich on a very small bun or sliced bread, I'm thinking what? I asked what she was using, and she switched to sour doughs bread. I told her I didn't want to pay for a small sandwich when I paid for a full panini. The whole thing was almost 20 minutes of my 30 minute lunch. There will not be another visit as I tried this place a few times, bought coffee that I dumped in the sink at work as it was horrible, had some sandwiches from there at lunch from work before and they were not very good, had a samosa from there and the store bought was tasting better. I would have to be quite desperate to go back there again.
Visited here in mid March 2022 - staff were unmasked and joking that they knew they should have been wearing masks with an unmasked customer while I stood there with my young daughter (this was the week before the mandates were dropped). Bathrooms were basically biohazard scenes with feces caked in unwashed toilets and hand driers/sinks out of order. I’ve seen some horror show bathrooms at truck stops and punk rock clubs but this was on another level. The chocolate chip cookies I bought (ironically so we could use the bathroom) were about two days old. Emailed Coffee Time head office to complain and had no response. Obviously a top notch operation.
Friendliest drive-thru on Hwy 7 ?. I pulled in here for a bit of refreshment and the drive-thru wasn't all clogged up like some other coffee shop (whose name rhymes with Jim). Ordered a coffee, powered thru and must have seen the nicest person I've seen all week. Gotta love that! Thanks for making my day ?
