Ordered 3 whopper with cheese meals with an extra whopper with cheese. Get home to find out the missed a whopper and the 3 I did get did not have cheese. Crapy service will not be going back
Paid $7.90 for an original chicken sandwich. It was small, bun was crushed, sad amount of lettuce and mayo. It was a disgusting how a franchise can rip off customers.
Burger King was at an all-time low about 3-4 years ago, but after trying them again 2 years ago, I was pleasantly surprised and it's now one of my go to's when I'm craving a burger. Not giving 5*'s because I'm sure, like most other chain fast food places, they don't compensate their employees enough for what they have to deal with on a regular basis.
The whopper deal was worth the money. The burger and fries were really good. I will go back to Burger King again. Thanks for the great food and friendly service.
Nice place on Lansdown street. The girl who took the order was nice, she explained me everything. Gave me good option, explained me where can I sit and have lunch. Service was good. Location is very good. Parking sufficient.
I only had some fries as I don't eat animals but I will give you a review from my hubby.Staff was pleasant and helpful,burger was spot on,fries perfect.
Staff are friendly and fast. We customized our order & it was spot on , hot & fresh when we got it
The employees need to learn how to listen, the woman that took my order through drive-thru even repeated it back to me, but they still manged to mess the order up!
Absolutely upset with the service. Not only was my order messed up once, but the messed up on my two whoopers as well. Specifically asked for no cheese on the bacon king, got it and had to go back inside to get it corrected, well it was a long wait they were still nice enough to fix their mistake. Now after returning home I noticed both of the other burgers had mayonnaise when i has asked for only lettuce and ketchup. I am unsure who was running drive they last night at 8pm but I am very upset with the service and the fact I paid for this and can’t even eat them now. Waste. I didn’t even get my recipe back afterwards either. I’d definitely like a refund at this point.
They serve ROTTEN food to customers and then argue with them when they are called out on it... learn how to clean the place and throw out ROTTEN food!!! poor customer service and nasty food...????
