Went tonight, on a nhl game night. Ordered a beer and burger deal. (As advertised in hnic). 45 minutes for a beer and a burger. And it wasn't busy... BP is headed downhill.Servers were terrible. Tip was small. Sorry. Do better.
A group of four people eating at this site on Rye Street was mistreated over a child's menu . We have been going to this restaurant almost on a weekly basis and never had any trouble with ordering one person's meal off the child's menu related to the person who had stomach surgery and can't eat very much. On the menu it states the products including a small dish of ice cream. We were there last week and we're told I don't qualify for the ice cream as I'm an adult. I spoke to the manager on duty and explained this was the first time I was denied the dessert and was promised one on our next visit. We spoke up saying we spoke to the manager about the situation and agreed the ice cream comes with the menu.At that time no mention about an adult doesn't qualify for the drink or dessert.. a new manager came to our table and explained this to us and the person who wanted the dessert had to pay full price for the dessert. . I have brought other people from Hastings to this restaurant many times and never wa streated in this manner. The others to whom I dine with were also upset as this should be posted right on the menu.
Very good. Service far superior to lindsay Boston pizza which was absolutely horrible last time. We never got the opportunity to review them.
Server was too busy to watch table. She had a person in training that could have done drink refills.Friendly and nice though.Food was good as I'd expected at BP as it is not the cheapest place.
The outdoor patio was perfect for the day. Ordered the Honey pecan salad with grilled chicken. It was excellent. The kitchen & friendly staff earned 5 stars
Great food and terrific atmosphere for watching sports - can actually hear the games.
I always find Boston a bit expensive, but the quality is always outstanding. Ok no had the carnivore pasta which was perfect choice since I could not decide between pizza or pasta. It was meatballs, sausage , pepperoni and vegiies in the sauce. So good!
Worst service and food. Order was wrong, only about 3 tablespoons of sauce on the pasta. Just blamed the new employee for wrong order. This was second time in a row. Won't ever go back.
Awful customer service! Placed an order for pickup and they got it wrong. And they’re claiming the person who took the order is her first day. And they didn’t offer to fix it. Ain’t coming back. Never again!!!
Food was good, but the experience was bad. one drunken guest started yelling, swearing and tried to pick a fight with someone! the waitress said he's was a regular, and the staff did nothing! would highly not recommend this place for families
