We ordered their house chocolate oblivion cake with high expectations based on the description, and wow did it ever exceed them! Melt in your mouth ganache, super moist chocolate cake layers, crunchy chocolate wafer layer, and slices beautifully. I've never encountered a dessert too decadent to finish before this - DO NOT cut it into birthday cake size pieces, start with 16ths! I'm already looking forward to the next household birthday ?
A friend and I came for breakfast, by far some of the best service and food. Penny (hoping I got their name right) who served us was one of the sweetest humans I’ve ever met.The gluten-free options are also amazing and some of the best food I’ve ever had. The cafe itself is also cute and super welcoming. Both my friend and I are being our families here when they visit as well!

My mom and I went to black honey for a coffee this morning and there was a push pin in the bottom of her latte. I’m not one to ever leave a negative review but is super unsettling and unsafe. I know mistakes happen and I’m empathetic to that but this is a mistake that could have caused serious injury, loose push pins shouldn’t be in the same area where food and drink are prepared. When we brought this to the staff members attention they offered a gift card which is nice but I won’t be returning.
very disappointed ☹️ because i order cake week early but they didn't make the cake and the day of birthday said they haven't my order done, i literally cried, very very bad experience. its my baby's first birthday, all the friends were ready to cut the cake but there was no cake. ??
Came here with my girlfriend to try it out, and it was delicious! I had french toast, I thought it was a little pricy, but then when we were served they were VERY large portions that were well-made. Lots of fresh fruit, and 3 different sauces, I was full and satisfied for half a day. Girlfriend had eggs benedict with guacamole, it tasted equally delicious and again, large proportions of delicious food! Will come again for sure, and already have a date planned for national eggs benedict day.
Took a minute to find the bakery in the back. Glad I did though. The lady in there was nice and took the time to describe all the different types of bread. Ashamed to say I ate over 1/2 a loaf of their Jalapeño cheese bread in like 6 hours... It was just that good

We are beyond impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from Lisa and her staff. Hosting our wedding at a family home had some challenges that were of no bother for Black Honey. Our meal was delicious with veggies incorporated from our family garden, making our day even more special. We highly recommend Black Honey as a fantastic local caterer who will not disappoint!
Black Honey made us a beautiful wedding cake. The staff were very kind and understanding towards making the cake nut free as we do have allergies in the family. And to top it off, the cake was delicious!
