This restaurant has the best burritos I've ever had! They give you a Harty portion making the burrito feel like a brick. Their food is always top notch & they offer several options at a great price. .Not only that, their employees are super friendly and understanding.
Needless to say, I will never be going back there again. I was there with my niece waiting behind what seemed like an irate customer happened to be the owner. I was applaud by the way the owner was talking to her nervous staff. Quote on quote "how hard can this be, you have been here only a year". I have been there many times and the kids working there had been nothing but polite, even after being berated by their "boss" they where still polite to us. I walked out by telling the owner "this is how you treat and talk to your employees, we will not condone this or eating here again".
The food is excellent and the service is great. If you love burritos I highly recommended this place in Peterborough.
Really happy with their size of servings. Ordered a burrito bowl and it was full to the lid. Not many burrito restaurants do this and got almost double the amount of guac you get in other restaurants.
My favourite place to get veggie burrito bowl and quesdilla❤️❤️ Rachel is the best employee working there love her customer service. She always goes above and beyond to serve u best. keep up the good work girl.
I ordered 4 bean bowls. I got delivery of 4 bowl with 3 items missing and less thn half quantity in each. When I reach to restaurant the missing items was there in stock. I ordered same item in person. This time they gave me full bowl with all toppings. So I show Uber receipt and show photo of my delivery order.The staff member initially told me to correct the order. And apologize for mistake. When I came back after 5 minutes they told me that they cannot make the order and correct mistake. Very rude traffic with zero commitment to quality and customer service. I will never prefer this place again. TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
Burrito was good, but service wasnt good, did not feel like we received good customer service. It seemd like someone had forced the employee to work there when they didn't want to be there.. no smile on face, rude tone of voice like they are serving you free burrito..
They don't follow directions. Third class experience with staff and restaurant. If you are not present at the time of order (ie, delivery) they will reduce quantity to half and they don't put all the fillings even after the customer is paying for it and have been paid for it.They are like making the customer fool and bribe the customer in online orders. Staff is yelling on customer when customer complains about quality and direction instead of correcting mistakes. Not good place to order.

The owner Katheryn Fernandez is a horrible employer as well as her daughter who I have seen yell and show very much frustration with her employees when I can see that they are only trying their best to work. She is only there in the mornings and I can see her employees doing the same or even more work then what she is doing herself. I honestly feel bad for the employees and would honestly suggest for no one to apply to this place of work and could do much better. I have seen employees cry and still work in the front when all I want to do is give them a hug and tell them it will be okay. I have also witness the employer Katheryn pretend like she wasn’t in charge of the restaurant so she did not have to deal with customers herself. Overall this place should be shut down and looked into further investigation.
